  1.   I don't know Mike.... Sometimes I'm not sure what your position is..... :stalk:
  2.   So what is the green weight of that sample in your photo?   That from one plant, or three ?
  3. Shoot iron sites, then let her help pick out an optic, put it on, and sight it in.  Make a "project" out of it.
  4. Is North Cumberland WMA open to harvesting ?   I have seen folks up there doing it in past years.
  5. Looks a bit complicated -   http://www.wildgrown.com/tennessee_ginseng_laws.htm   I never paid a lot of attention to it, all looks like poison oak to me.
  6. Is there a Tennessee centered "flea market / hamfest" forum on FaceBook ?   (for selling ham radio stuff  of course. Also, I am aware of QRZ.com classifieds)   Thanks, Bert
  7. AWESOME!!!   Praise God for amazing parents!  May He richly bless you in every way possible, and may your children strengthen you all of your days.   Folks like you and your wife are precisely the definition of outstanding character and love.   That is such great news!   B.
  8. Leave him alone. Every village needs an idiot.
  9.    IF she finds out, I'm guessing that after him revealing that on the innerdwebs & gun forum, he ain't gonna be bothered with getting laid for a while.
  10. Post your chrono data. That will be real informative. I hope you get it figured out. That round sounds like it would be a good choice to help counter the asinine TWRA rimfire-only regs for WMA coyote hunting during small game season.
  11. Which in fact does not even require the gun at all.
  12. Be sure and work all three terms into each order " now, whut sizes y'all got?"
  13. Next time, try "biggun" and "biggerun" and "really biggerun". I figure you won't have to do it twice.
  14. That evening, I OCed because dress did not accommodate CC very easily, and that particular parking lot is known to be dangerous. Situational OC, not compulsive or invitation to incitement
  15. Actually, most of the time I get ignored, carry or not. If not ignored, avoided.
  16. My experience at Walmart last night was completely different.  They totally ignored me as they should.  No attention except for one lady who wanted to know what make & model gun I was carrying, so her husband could buy one for her (a P3AT, but to simplify, I suggested Ruger LCP)
  17. Or...discuss the pros & cons with those who may not be aware, which is the case here.
  18. Really ?  How so?    I own six models from Kel-Tec, and thought that overall, that while there may be an extreme spread of viewpoints in the conversation, overall it has been balanced.
  19. Am I missing something here ?   http://www.cabelas.com/product/Shooting/Ammunition/Rimfire-Ammunition%7C/pc/104792580/c/104691780/sc/104536080/CCISpeer-22-Rimfire-Ammunition/705571.uts?destination=%2Fcatalog%2Fbrowse.cmd%3FN%3D1100192%26WTz_l%3DSBC%253BBRprd734676&WTz_l=SBC%3BBRprd734676%3Bcat104536080#productChart   edit - ahh. pix does not match order bar.  .22 LR, I guess.
  20. ummm...  you cleaned before first use to ensure machining oil is removed, right ?
  21.   Grip Pod http://www.midwayusa.com/product/247209/grip-pod-vertical-grip-bipod-black-polymer   and   TruGlo 30mm - http://www.midwayusa.com/product/586644/truglo-red-dot-sight-30mm-tube-1x-5-moa-dot-with-integral-weaver-style-base-matte   (busted !  cheap optic- only $48 when I got it, and overpriced grip :x: )
  22.   There are tradeoffs in aesthetics, but you get chrome lined (and threaded) barrel & gas-piston action in a really light weight package.  I was looking at gas-piston adapter kits for a AR....wow !  Expensive!   I didn't pay much more for a whole gun in the KT.
  23. 1968 Honda CT-90 if it will still crank.
  24. Best part about the SU-16 and especially the PLR is that they get attention at the range from all the AR-15 guys  - "WTF is that ?!?!?  Can I shoot it??"
  25. DOH!  correct. fixed.
