In TN,   in reality, the legality of a substance has absolutely NOTHING to do with employment law and the employers ability exercise their desire to terminate.   A Tennessee employer can fire you at will for any unstated reason or no reason whatsoever.    The really stupid ones are the ones who try to tag a cause to the termination (instead of giving a benign reason or simply keeping their mouths shut).   And even if an employee is unjustly fired for cause, the due to TN law, the probability of winning an appeal is very slim.   TN law overwhelmingly favors the employer, not the employee.

  Unfortunately, there is no statistical term as they describe.   Taking the average of the two center values (and only if an even set of values are indicated) is still only - the median.   It matters not how they calculated the median (by center value, or average of two closest to center), the statistical term is still the same.   It just shows that the writers and editors do not understand the information before them.   Heck, they could have printed the mode and made just as much sense.

Very nice indeed.   I am also working on my first AR build, but alas mine is but a parts pile so far.   I am working two builds, one is a pistol.  Did you see any other choices in good pistol buffer tubes in addition to the Phase 5 ?
