I took a look at TN university system tuition rates. Wow. I had no idea it was so expensive now. MBAs from $45K to $70K and more. I would have to sell my house or kill my 401K to even think about finishing a grad degree. No idea how I would even start back up now. Kudos to OP for getting it together.

Mine is low -budget.  It's a Howa 1500 in .204 Ruger, with a Timney trigger and a CenterPoint 4-16 scope.  Good enough to zap a crow at ~350 yds.

Over time I have built a mental image of a old wizened codger walking pushing a shopping cart all over town, but are you on foot from East Town mall area all the way to far end of UT?  You know, since one of my legs is shorter than the other, I walk in circles.  It would take me three days to cover that.

I don't know too much abt churches down there, but in Nashville area, there is a multi-campus church pastored by Pete Wilson. Crosspoint Church. Great group.
