1. I would want to know what we are getting, in specific budget line items, for the increased $.   As a project manager, I could not just raise rates without providing detail and justification to the client (citizen public), the sponsor (legislature), and the team stakeholders (TWRC).   Only one cup of coffee, and have not looked closely (nor word-smithed) - but these come to mind -     What is at threat given no increase, for example - what areas will close, or further gated off. what roads will deteriorate what food plots, habitat improvement be abandoned what public interaction will be curtailed what regulations will see increased restriction   what benefit  is improved upon funding increase - Inverse of above   and what new benefit is added upon funding increase?  what new areas will be opened or access extended (ex. current gates opened) what new species will receive focused management (ex quail, grouse, other declining populations) how many staff will be added, and where, and what program what regulations will see decreased restriction   And yes, this is a progressive tax, punitive to the lower pay-level households.  And..  the obvious - leads to less participation (legally permitted anyway).
2. This deserves more than a "like".  Great post.  I learned several things from this.
3. hmmm......   Not black.     http://www.wkyt.com/home/headlines/Fish-and-wildlife-officials-reportedly-euthanized-a-mountain-lion-Monday-in-Bourbon-Co-285957541.html
4. Killing the goose.   Higher taxes will result in less take. and fewer participants.   With the explosion in ammo sales/ammo fees, they are under budget?
5. Another Polaris Ranger 800 here.  It is awesome.   It also has optional cab & converted to street legal, although the current ins co (by Selective) coverage if we re-tag it for the road.
6. hmmm.   would not the discovery process bring out some refinement to the details ?    This may actually be a good thing.   Maybe Mr. Gura will consult on the case.
7. Dateline: yesterday somewhere in Alabama   I am not sure I would take up the hands-on apprehension of the perps (as opposed to surveillance & reporting from a safer distance), but I am glad it worked out for these folks.   http://www.myfoxal.com/story/27628185/burglary-victims-catch-suspects-hold-them-for-authorities?clienttype=generic&mobilecgbypass
8. A real radio guy!   When I stocked the Clinton Radio Shack back in the 70's, those would have been on the hangers.
9. As if Russian roulette  could not be any more stupid, this sap had a "friend" pull the trigger.      BUT......  Read the last line.     http://www.elkharttruth.com/news/indiana/2014/12/10/35-years-for-Indiana-man-in-Russian-roulette-death.html
10. Ruger Super Redhawk, caliber of your choice. 82 yds, at LBL. Best of all, right in front of my 80 yr old dad.
11. Sorry for your loss, Dave.  Definitely prayers for you and your family.
12. hipower,   Thank you for encouraging words, and great advice. Gratitude, grace, and empathy abound in you.  A great reminder and example set before us in a season where many are confronted with sorrow and hardship, grief, and loss.  Your thoughts  and wisdom help balance perspective on all sides.
13. a pop-tart gun. It's all I can afford, and I can eat it in SHTF situation.
14. oh my.  I think I'll stay away from OR Turnpike for a while.   Hopefully this will just be a phase, and not a habit.
15. oooooh.  A ninja Uzi !!!     I got a question. If I learn to be an invisible ninja, will anyone be able to see my ninja Uzi? Or hear it?  Is a ATF tax stamp required?
16. faded pink with light black-pepper (think "pink noise" on old tv sets), an subtle "Hello Kitty" somewhere (maybe even zombied or tear-dropped)   Lightly laser-carve the Hello Kitty, grey-pepper fill) .   Then several coats of clear lacquer (??) like a old custom Chevy, top coat a *very* light coat mist of buffed matte (a slight fog on clear ice effect, over relief?)   Anyway, real clear in my mind, just not sure how it works or to describe it.
17.   It don't take Tayler Swiff attire.  Can you say "Deliverance"?
18.     That's  a new one to me.  I have not seen a trimmer that mounts in the press like that.   Now....  to me, it seems like it would be messy.  I hate having chips near my press.   But.. trimming is trimming, as long as the length is right, and the case mouths are square.   I use one of these - it is awesome.  http://www.sinclairintl.com/reloading-equipment/case-preparation/case-trimming/case-trimmers/sinclair-stainless-ultimate-trimmer-prod39292.aspx   I also have a RCBS Case Station that I modified to use standard Lee trimmers - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZGkWUtKz4k  01:25 into the video.     B.
19. are the studs shiny?  If one falls off, can I have it?  I'll send a pre-labeled one-rate box & some bubble wrap.    It'll make a great Christmas present to myself.
20. If I could afford, I would get a crate of High Points. One for every room, every vehicle, the lawn mower, and under a few rocks in the yard. And several backups.
21. South Americans have that one figured out.....no paper down the pipes.
22.   In quick terms,You need stuff round, in-line, and consistent..  This one lines up components better than any other press on the market.    Do some research on this one for reviews related to "run out", concentricity.   (and it uses anyone's dies)
23. Bite the bullet.  Get a Forster coaxial press.   You will want one eventually, and ya mighr as well start there.   (no, I ain't got one.  But will.  My Redding press is great, but looking to tweak the "tweaky stuff" Mike Gideon mentions.  David from Magnum Materials always mentions these).   http://www.forsterproducts.com/store.asp?pid=24822 (you might can find better prices than the Forster store).
24. I carry a NAA Mini.  Seriously.    . . . . . . .. . . .. . . . .     . . . . . . trust me.  There is no inverse correlation.
25. Heck,   The way the regs are written, I cannot tell if North Cumberland is actually open for deer. Had someone wonder why no one was hunting up there last week.  He spent 3 days without seeing a soul. Normally run over.
