If you are all coming from Jacksboro, I would suggest the TWRA range off of Exit 141, turn right to Flatwoods Road (just before the Industrial Park). First left past the ATV parking lots. Other than the porta-potty, it is largely the same as Norris, and "free" with a small game license or WMA use permit. Not nearly as much shooting traffic as at Norris. B.
