^^^^^that. TWRC sets implementing policy as directed by legislature and the governor (theoretically), and TWRA provides management, education, and enforcement. TWRA reports to TWRC (sort of like board of directors) and the Governor (line management). BTW, Anyone have a copy or link to the Charter (or like document) for the Commission ? I did not see one on the TWRA web site. It would be interesting to see what the framework looks like. found it. In TN Code Title 70

Hi all, Reading comprehension test on load data - I am setting up to load some 160 gr Hornady FTX in 30-30 http://www.hornady.com/assets/files/ftx_load_data/30-30_win_ftx.pdf There is a note on the page that contains the word "sometimes" for trim-to-length (of .010" less than SAAMI), and then follows up with the word "exactly as presented" (2.039"/2.029" on the chart).... "Loading FTXâ„¢ bullets requires some specialized techniques in certain cases. To achieve a high ballistic coefficient we had to lengthen theogive, or nose, of the bullet. Sometimes this requires that the cartridge case to be trimmed shorter than the suggested .010" under SAAMI Max length that we recommend for conventional bullets. Follow prescribedtrim lengths exactly as presented in the FTXâ„¢ data for optimum results." Not just VBulletin. It worked last night. Did not work all this morning. Tried numerous things to test (including other boards), reboot, reset mouse driver, etc., finally, gave up resolved to follow OS advice. Now, it works again. Laptop just sat here, nothing different. As OS said..."curious". Now apparently resolved on its own. Never happened before. edit - doing it again. just worked (I checked when I wrote the above a few minutes before),,,now not working again....

hmm... In the dialog box, it does. but not out in the body of text (which worked until last night or this morning...I think....now confused). the KB alternates to pasting work. Thanks.
