  1. <nah...too much> deleted.
  2. Do a search on YouTube - "Hi-Point The Ultimate test" for all the videos . It took them 4 (!) outings to destroy the gun.
  3. Let's see you do this stuff to anything but a Hi-Point.....
  4. I have a Rossi/Braztech 851 (4" .38SPL +P made by Taurus) from a pawnshop. It was a surplus service weapon. Even after being abused and used at a PD, it still works just fine. Certainly not as good as my Redhawk, but not bad. I also had the chance to shoot one of their Tracker 17HMRs. It was impressive. Very accurate revolver. It is on my list to purchase. I guess Taurus is like Kel-Tec (I have six of those). Thin profit margin on them, some dogs get through, but mostly pretty good for the money.
  5. fixed link - http://www.nydailynews.com/opinion/drop-george-zimmerman-murder-charge-article-1.1080161
  6. 2.26 (mag length) per several forums
  7. Even leftist leaning Politifact had trouble with her answers - http://www.politifac...smen-dont-have/
  8. Tossed you a few points. Anyone that will post those pix need it !
  9. off to a rough start, huh kid ?
  10. Just thought you needed to know.... http://redlionprecision.com/23512.html and http://redlionprecision.com/31612.html and http://www.tacticoolproducts.com/
  11. As you might expect from me, I did contact my state legislators and inform them of my opinion on the issue.
  12. It does not matter. Regulated and operated as a unit.
  13. This is one reason I am interested. I have had a similar experience with my .204 Ruger loads in 842, where my data is pretty much exactly matching H322 (for .204R), not CFE223. I am still playing with it, but have learned to go 15%-25% below CFE223 so far.
  14. The PDs don't even have to do that. They can just contract with Google for data from "unmarked" cars. In fact, using real-time computing, the driverless car could tail the "hit" to destination for intervention by real PD.
  15. From another forum, useful info. They are Dept of Ag, not National Park. NP rules do *not* apply. Me, although it does not sound like there is a real problem with concealed carry, I would follow their lead and contact LBL Information Office (phone# in the thread) http://www.ak47.net/forums/t_8_27/437471_.html&page=1

  18. If I am a cop, I am going to try my best not to do unnecessary paperwork during a dinner break.....
  19. Well, look at the relationship between David and Jonathan in 1st Samuel. It was not sexual, yet they said it was more than brothers, and better than one with women. Some folks just get along.
  20. Straights are not allowed to marry same sex either. If one wanted to disregard benefits of sex, then it would be a lot cheaper to shack up and marry a straight hunting buddy & share expenses, tax burden and health costs. (No problems with change of life either) So, civil rights wise, it seems we *do* have equal rights. On both sides of the issue, we can marry anybody we want, just not the same sex.
  21. So, did all good morals develop from religions, or did religions incorporate good morals ?
  22. This is new.... on the local talk radio power house - a radio spot by AH Reloading. Heard a few gun store ads (Coal Creek, Frontier, CTD, etc) on the local radio, but never a reloading / ammo supply.
  23. We are indeed easily able to adapt to life without their product, aren't we ? I will add - I have little enough disposible income as it is. I will be durned if I give it to someone who annoys me.
  24. Was this his service weapon ? I wonder if the officer received "additional training" ? In fact, I wonder if it really happened. It would probably have been in the paper if so. B.
