  1. I would try looking in the phone book or online then see if anyone has any reviews on them if you don't get your answer here. Also go check the places out, take a look at their work.
  2. Congrats Mike and I bet them back straps gonna be tender.
  3. I'm lucky I have a friend who does it on the side and he has a lot of mounts to do and he still got my fox done in 5 months and like I said he does this part time and does a great job!
  4. +1 and after seeing that picture of the deer with the arrow in it's head, well that just makes me sick. And to think he thought it was funny.
  5. Well I will be in the woods but I will be hunting coyotes. I opted out of bow season this year.
  6. Thing is during rifle season I will hunt both mostly predators but if I see a good buck well he's coming home instead of a predator.
  7. I read a lot and I mean a lot of books and mags on hunting so some of my friends told me I needed to teach a hunting class and I said what hunting 101. Thats how I got mine ha ha. Thing is I learn something new everyday about hunting so I guess my class works for me LOL!
  8. I'm not going either this year. I don't think I will do much deer hunting as I am concentrating on killing more coyotes this year.
  9. Funny thing is it really took you 2 years to build, at least keep it for a few months ha ha.
  10. To me CVA has come a long ways in making muzzleloaders, they are inexpensive and shoot just as accurate as the more expensive ones. You may not have all the fancy new features but you will have a good smoke pole.
  11. This is for out of state hunting trips.
  12. Head shots should be left for zombie deer.
  13. I personally don't take head shots. I think caliber and bullet weight is everything when it comes to meat preservation.
  14. First off welcome to the board. Usually during the spring and into early fall the ticks can be bad. Most of the time it depends on how good of a winter we have.
  15. I guess thats fair enough
  16. Never forget the loss of our brothers and sisters. IT'S NOT HOW THEY DIED THAT MAKES THEM HEROES, ITS HOW THEY LIVED. 9/11/01
