  1. With pups soon to be on their own. Pup in distress will be a great call to use.
  2. Earn a buck that's it. Wouldn't be a bad idea to do it state wide.
  3. During last years deer season I seen a big red squirrel with a white face.
  4. Some states you must kill a doe before you can get a buck tag.
  5. Im a little late to the conversation but that deer looked sick to me. Looked extremely malnutritioned. Maybe the dogs new that and took advantage of it. Kinda like a lion preying on a wounded animal. Just saying.
  6. Troll can never out think you ha ha.
  7. O.k im done deleting posts. Please keep this thread on topic or it will be closed. This thread is about wasting an animal that you harvested not birth control.
  8. I agree I don't understand why we were not told or allowed to vote. I don't hog hunt but I was going to this year.
  9. Im not a trophy hunter by all means but I do like to shoot nice bucks and I will shoot o.k deer also. I agree with everyone. I have seen to many deer on roads with only their antlers removed. We hunted a place next to some fellows from Nashville and they done this kinda crap. My cousin and step dad confronted them about it and they thought it was no big deal. My cousin told them they could give the deer away and they said they would. Unfortunately this never happened. This type of behavior makes me sick. Whether your a trophy hunter, meat hunter, or you shoot any buck that walks by I don't care its your God given right to do so but I will take offense if you waste what God has given us.
  10. Just make sure you read the regs on coyote hunting. If you are going to use a call I suggest a pup in distress.
  11. Im going to take more does this year. If its a decent buck or scrub looking buck then it will be shot.
  12. Hey the flower shirts make great camo lol.
  13. you may be correct but all you would have to do is call TWRA.
  14. First thing you must find out what the regulations are for what your hunting and make sure you can even use a 22lr. Their website should give you all the info. If you can use buckshot then I would recommend it. As far as 22lr definitely use hollow points but recommend a bigger caliber so you can shoot longer distances for those coyotes who like to hold up and not come any closer. Mouth calls can be easy to master. As long as it sounds like it's dying the it will call them in.
  15. You wouldn't be talking about hogs?
  16. I only use crocs during the warmer hunting months. I rifle hunt 98% of the time and its usually cold out so I wear my cheap wally world boots. I have dragged deer in my crocs and it wasnt as bad as you think.
  17. I would trap him and call the TWRA or relocate yourself. I think its to dangerous/risky to shoot a pellet gun or use poison in a neighborhood.
  18. I know you have seen them. Look them up and you will know what i'm talking about and then you can laugh at me ha ha.
