Police serving warrants in the middle of the night

LEO generally don't serve them in the middle of the night unless it is someone they need to get of the streets and they know were he/she is and doesn't want him to slip away. If it is a civil warrant they serve them in the day or mail them to you. Most departments have a civil and criminal warrants division. Patrol officers also serve warrants for their areas of patrol to help with the overflow. As for the knock policy I guess it depends on the person/type of charge they are serving the warrant on. -

I have thought very hard on getting one. I love how you can just fold them up.

I own several high powered rifles, but I have killed more deer with my 30-30 than any of my other rifles. I have taken deer out to 250 yards with it. It is a great brush gun.

Well the way gas prices are, go to one store for almost all shopping needs. Beats runing all over town to diferent places to get what you want and wasting gas.

Make sure when you come back you have plenty of time to actually see the city, there are all kinds of fun things to do. I enjoy the live msic at the saloons. I live just down the road from Nashville and I go all the time. Never had a problem with anyone yet.

Same here, only that about 300 rounds the bolt starts to stick and I really hate cleaning it after I shoot. Other than that I use it to plink, hunt or whatever. When I purchase a pistol I will use it.
