1. I seen on animal planet that you get leprosy if you eat improperly cooked meat from them and not by handling them. I've handled several of them both live and dead. Hope my flesh doesn't rot off lol.
2. My mom lives in Perry County TN and they are real bad in that area. I have killed several on our property.

Season 4

I think the "zombie" virus has mutated and can turn you into a zombie without you dying first.
4. I dont care what a person shoots. If a spike makes you happy than by all means shoot it, same goes for a 10 pointer. If a person wants to manage a herd than go right ahead. I know I will shoot anything I want. I killed a small 7 pointer last year and a guy told me i should have let it walk. I asked him why and he said I should only shoot big bucks. I laughed and went on my merry way. I say do whatever makes you happy not what other people think or do.
5. I've been twice. Not gonna be able to go much during bow season. My wife is having her left kidney taken out on Monday due to cancer. She will be laid up for awhile. She keeps telling me I should go and that she will be fine. She knows I love my outdoors lol. Good luck to everyone.
6. I hunt them in the summer but no I dont skin them. Most of them are to stinky and nasty. I dont skin a whole lot but if I do it has to have a really nice pelt. We can definitely go just let me know. Predator hunting and turkey hunting are my favorite. Deer comes 2nd.
7. I to have a CVA Wolf and its an awesome muzzleloader.
8. Pretty good bucks there. Shame they drowned.
9. Well here it is. I went with a Millett SP1 3moa dot for the optic. It got great reviews and everyone said it will hold up to some recoil.
10. I have a gorilla suit. I should use it lol.
11. I have not seen him or the 11 pointer. So far just a few small bucks, does, fawns and several really nice toms. Last year they didnt show up until November when it was colder and chasing does. They went nocturnal on me. Ended up killing a scrubby 7 that needed to go and a good 8 pointer. That land is turning out to be a better turkey spot than deer. I took 2 of the 3 turkeys i killed off that property. Im hoping the big bucks come back and get there picture taken lol. This year I plan on staying in the blind all day much more.
12. Fall turkey hunting is a good challenge and to me thats what I like, a good challenge. I do agree it is better in the spring but that shouldnt stop someone wanting to go in the fall.
13. I dont see any reason not to hunt turkeys in the fall if someone wants to. Turkey is turkey no matter if its in spring or fall. You just hunt them different. Being able to harvest hens is a good management tool. As far as license and such, you will need to take the hunters safety course.
14. Im diabetic so if I sit all day I have to eat something. I bring my tester, fruit snacks or trail mix, drinks and a sandwich.
15. I use corn or deer mix. This year I put out a mineral block and they love that thing. I will quit baiting at least 3 weeks before I start hunting.
16. If you ever need any help just ask me.
17. I can usually get it done in 2 days. If I harvest a deer in the morning and I'm off that day I can usually get it all done or at least most of it. I'm not against deer processors but I know what I'm getting if I do it myself. Some places don't guarantee your deer and if they do who's to say they just say that to get business. Plus im always worried about contaminated meat from improper cleaning. I also don't want some old deer when I've killed a nice young doe. I've always done it myself since I was young. My stepdad taught me how. Sorry if I sound paranoid lol.
