1. Awesome season for me. My daughter got her first ever deer. Everything else after that really didn't matter. That memory will last a lifetime.
2. No password. Luckily I had removed the SD card, so at least I got that.
3. Well my trailcam was stolen. I had it on our farm almost all year long and now someone decided to take it. I figured it would have been safe since the only way in (besides foot and a long walk) was a road that runs right by my moms house but guess I was wrong. There are only a hand full at best that have permission to hunt and they all didn't take it. I do have a few cousins that own land around it and maybe one of them took it but I don't know. Oh well can't have anything good cause some idiot will take it. They just better hope I never find out cause I'm not going to be nice about it. Pretty sure someone in the family took it but I can't prove it right now. Guess you can't trust anyone these days.
4. I killed another doe. Think im up to 6 or 7 deer for the season.
5. Ive been hunting coyotes a very long time and have killed a many. If anyone ever needs any help just ask. Im always learning myself.

Looks like you gonna be eatin good Dave. Nice deer!
7. My daughter killed her first deer this year with a Rossi single shot 223. We were using Hornady 75 grain BTHP. She made a low shot and it only ran 40 yards if that. No exit hole on the deer though.
8. I use the Ameristep light speed razor. 2 people can hunt but its not a lot of room. The Ameristep brickhouse is really nice with plenty of room.
9. I have had this happen to me a few times using ballistic tip ammo. I do not use it anymore because of this reason. It may work well for others but not for me. I have never ever ever had any run that far when using soft points or interbond bullets (98% drop in their tracks or just make it 10 yards or so). I shoot a 300 Weatherby magnum now and that 9 pointer I shot this year dropped in his tracks. I was using Remington core-lokt. I do understand each deer is different and reacts differently when shot but they usually act the same way when hit with a good soft point, which is DRT lol.
10. I'm gonna head out for a mid day hunt and stay till dark.
11. This happened to me already. I was sittin in my blind when the wind gusted and blew the blind right off of me lol. I ended up staking it down. Another fun time in the woods.
12. I hunt on windy days. I hunt out of a blind snd use lots of cover scent.
13. I kinda figured you put the wrong date, that's why I sent you the message. Nice buck by the way!
14. Not really sure but when I field dressed him and loaded him in my truck by myself I thought he was 1,000 lbs lol. No I figured he dressed out at 150 or so but not really sure. He was a really big deer.
15. I love cutting up deer meat and doing my own processing.
16. Had this guy on trailcam but was a 10 pointer then. Shot him this morning and now he's a 9 pointer (broken tine). He must have been fighting off them other deer. He was out doggin some doe's. Dropped him at 100 or so yards.
17. Mine was givin to me by my stepdad. It was his dads gun. I shot my first deer with that rifle. It has made a lot of memories for me.
