Winchester 94. Found a barreled action on gunbroker then parts a few at a time. I’ve got a bud here that sells nothing but barrels and stocks. Took several months to get everything together. It can be done. It ain’t pretty but it shoots great.

I just finished building one for just over $400 from parts off gunbroker. It really wasn’t that hard and it runs like a dream.
