I have taken a minute to look up the TCA code for felony evading. It seems (my interpretation) that LE is exempt from "bystanders and 3rd party". Which means that in TN that she will likely not be charged in the death. I have never dealt with this. I am on the road all week (in Mississippi now) and rarely have the luxury of seeing our local news. I have been in contact with friends from the SO and seeing how they are taking it and am just a little sore/sad for them. I appologize for seeming like I attacked you Greg.

When you flee from LE in a vehicle it is a whole new can of worms. If I were you I'd take a while to read up on the TCA.

Why? Because an officer was killed pursuing someone intentionally evading arrest. Putting the public and law enforcement in danger which unfotunately lead to his death. "Because he can't drive?" I'll be sure to pass along your sentiment to the other officers who "can't drive".

There are several aftermarket hi-cap mags but I have never had any luck with them. I bought one cheap for my G22 back when it was my nightstand gun and had major feeding issues. I like factory.

I don't have a pic on my phone but my nightstand gun is a Gen 3 19 with a 33 round mag of 124 grn HST and my 870 stands upright between the headboard and the table.

I was raised getting spankings once in a while. I didn't get "time out". It was with the belt sometimes and I even remember a few at school with the paddle.

I have never owned an EAA but I did shoot one years back chambered in .38 super I believe. I don't remember disliking it but I can speak for the Glock 20. I had a fit to buy one about 4 years ago to get into hog hunting with but never did. I did shoot the piss out of it and I liked it. I bought several boxes of 180 grain factory loads (don't remember which brand). I hate when people claim that a GUN is "accurate" but I felt with this gun that I performed much better on paper with it than any other pistol I have owned. I don't know if it was the bigger frame or just in my head. I let it go a year or so ago because it just wasn't a practical fit in my collection. I hope to find a good used one someday.
