  1. As far as the new Bren Ten goes I will believe it when I see it.Twice before it has been "revived" but never made it to dealer shelves. If CZ would chamber the 97 in 10mm you would just about have a Bren Ten as the design is based on a CZ.
  2. Depends on the .22.I like the Ruger MKII .22/45 with the skinny fixed sight 4 in tube. That version actually has muzzle flip for more realistic practice.
  3. Refinish it.It has already been customized and has aftermarket sights.I like the pattern on top of the checkering.
  4. The Ammo Dump on 58 HWY will do them. They are in the shopping center next to Ankars.
  5. Howdy, former CRC member here.Am now a member at Cleveland,10 times better club, half the price and members get to vote on club issues. Not like CRC where the "charter members" only get a vote.
  6. Someday you will be an old man too.Clinging to your guns and religion.
  7. The 10mm feels like a .22 in a Glock 20.Not to mention 15 rd mags.
  8. If the tension is light adjust it.Pull the spring up a little.
  9. No.Ditto what Joe said, besides you can buy 3 Glocks and a bunch of ammo for what one costs.
  10. Protrusion between ejection port and forward assist= brass deflector.
  11. Cuz CNN is reporting it and when CNN farts everybody smells it.
  12. Make sure the spring has tension on it.You may need to adjust it a little.Had to do that once.Oh,and make sure the spring protrusion goes under the pin when you replace it.That ought to do it.
  13. Best 1911 smith in the state.IPSC/USPSA Master class shooter as well so he knows what it takes to make a 1911 run right.
  14. I like the feel of a .410 double. They are ideal squirrel guns
  15. Swisher Sweets, still the best cigar made.
  16. Yeah and that's why you can't break 80 either.
  17. Thank God,I am tired of it being nearly 8 am before it gets daylight. The curse of living on the western edge of a time zone.
  18. Hit ratio is higher with a shoulder gun than a handgun. You have overpenatration issues with rifles (we are talking apartment/subdivision housing here),I don't like slugs compared to #1 buck.If I expect a gunfight I'm leaving before hand and if it is inside 15 yds you are going to have to aim because the pattern will not spread enough to cover half a room, hence the subject of this thread. This is just my opinion,if it gets me killed oh well. One less ******* in the world.
  19. For an extra $10 you can order a Lone Wolf barrel without the logo. But what would be the fun in that?
  20. I bet he will have to take a whole box of Xlax.If not he will have 20lbs of fudge coming out the other end.
  21. I prefer a tighter pattern.I also prefer #1 Buck over 00 as well.A tighter pattern ensures a more massive wound and greater range.
  22. Rob is an all around great guy.Nipping at Gary's boot heels is a great charactor builder.
  23. Word to the wise on the Lee Auto Prime. The rounded mandrel will get a flat spot in time.It will still work but you will get high primers and thus mis fires. If you are going to hand prime go with the RCBS tool.I speak from experience.
  24. Spectator hell, show up and shoot man.It is flat and easy to move around.
  25. In Cleveland? I'm sure they will welcome you.
