I think anyone in the current field of republican candidates could beat BHO. Hillary can't save him at this point.

You shouldn't believe the story the media has given you on Newt. I'm not attempting to change your opinion but the Mother Jones story that is the root of this lie was nothing more than a smear campaign on yet another conservative.

Yea, Michelle finally got a couple of votes

Sounds like you need to learn more about Newt? His contract with America in 94 encouraged term limits but feels now that 12 years for a term would be better since it takes a few years for the House Representatives to learn the process, which makes sense to me. Fully agree we need term limits in government and including the Supreme Court as well. Matter of fact, on Huckabee last night he had the candidates on with three attorneys doing the interviews. If I'm not mistaken Newt mentioned he wanted term limits in the courts and wanted the president with the congress to be able to overturn the courts if they legislate outside of the law and the Constitution. I should have quoted the other Mike in my post, pardon.

Well, Mike, you should have voted for Paul. Consider it a primary poll as I did and whoever gets the nomination to beat BHO in the general election. I've always liked Santorum but there's less of chance for him to win than Paul. I don't want to start anything but I want to put out the current stats; There's 13178 members resgistered, 190 currently online, 67 members, 123 guests. The only reason I bring this up is because I know how the Paul voters spam polls. No offense to Paul voters, just saying. Where's CAMACHO in the line up??

Paul Second Place in New Iowa Poll and Cain Finally Drops Out
kieefer replied to a topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
I found it odd that RonPaul has a former oblameo supporter, along with some vermin in the OWS campers, according to her. Could there be more leftist joining the RonPaul small government, anti-war-anti-everything crowd???...say it ain't so. -
Dick's in Jackson has Remington UMC .40 $18.89 a whole $1.01 off, and .45cal for $19.98 $5.01 off. This was in the Nashville paper but being Dick's the Jackson store should also have the sale. Or go the shipping route. Ammo For Sale : Cheap Ammo : Find Ammunition at AmmoSeek.com

Paul Second Place in New Iowa Poll and Cain Finally Drops Out

Democrats Jumping Ship? - Fox Business Video - Fox Business Gingrich has support from 25 percent of likely Republican caucusgoers in the Hawkeye state. Paul has risen to second with 18 percent and Romeny slipped to third with 16 percent. Undecided came in fourth place with 11 percent. Appears even some liberal democrats are looking to Paul instead of their 2008 saviour. Wait and see in Jan. -

Hopefully Paul will drop out after the primary so he doesn't spoil it for the rest of us. -
New Ron Paul Campaign Ad (Newt in the crosshairs)

BHO had the MSM machine promote him to no end along with deep pockets from radical leftists, add GWB and his mistakes to it and it was a shoe in for the lying "1st black man". Ron Paul should be so lucky. Two of you have admitted that Paul won't win so apparently you're ready to let BHO have another four years, I can't see the logic in that. When it comes down to the final vote the Paul supporters are essentially voting for BHO by taking away votes from the republican. Surely you can see that? It's great that the Military supports him but he needs people in both the House and Senate to get anything done and I have yet to find any of his colleges that will stand behind him. OK, my bad Smitty, he is a "non-interventionist", he'd wants to trade and be friends with our enemies and sees no harm in allowing them to have nuclear weapons,..... pass the bong please. This and his age is where he loses a lot of Americans not to mention his views on 9/11. It's going to take a long time to bring government back under the peoples control, one person (Paul) is not going to do it, not now. We have to start voting for like minded representatives in our local and state governments to really make a difference in the future. IF we had representatives in place NOW that thought like Paul he may have a chance. He didn't in 08 and doesn't in 2012. I've said it before, I hope his Son can win the support that his father has because he is one of a few conservative rising stars, Marco Rubio is another. Good luck. -
New Ron Paul Campaign Ad (Newt in the crosshairs)

I'll tell you what, if everyone votes Ron Paul, so will I. You Paul voters can't understand that there is no support for him besides you guys. And there's no support for him in congress. This is good up to the point of his blank stare. Ron Paul Falls Silent When Asked If He Could Get Laws Through Divided Congress - YouTube -
Newt has declared that he will be the republican nominee so this gives Herman time to clear his name and be his VP Ha, what a load of baggage these two will have

New Ron Paul Campaign Ad (Newt in the crosshairs)

Who ever that can beat BHO, RuPaul can't. At this point it's either Mitt, Newt and a long shot for Herman. Paul is not electable despite being a strict constitutionalist and isolationist. More about the attacks Videos - The Sean Hannity Show -

Newt answers a lot, including it being a stupid mistake with Princess Pelosi, in this interview last night on Hannity. http://www.hannity.com/videos?uri=channels/400391/1553995 Videos - The Sean Hannity Show -

He doesn't appear to be a quitter so maybe Cain needs to put things on hold and spend his wealth clearing his name? Surely he has someone who can come to his defense and one who can expose these women's lies? That would be my only solution to defending his reputation against "unsubstantiated allegations".
-
It surprises me that he would attempt to run for President IF he had this much trash in his background, maybe he thought they wouldn't vet him like they didn't BHO, who knows? I don't care what he did in his private life but it's really looking bad for him. If he can't prove all these allegations are untrue just stick a fork in him, he's done. Between the ladies and his knowledge of foreign affairs it's a shame the media can destroy a person like this. Now we can look forward to all of Newt's laundry being rehashed. They already have Romney's religion described as a cult but they prefer him over all of 'em, Perry is another dumb Texan, they ignore Santorum and Bachmann. R.Paul is too old with wacky ideas so that leaves Huntsman who really should be on the democratic ticket, he's the most leftist out of all of them. God help us.

You are right but it's a corrupt female who also has ethics violations against her, Maxine Waters will most likely replace him. BTW, there should be quite a few donks stepping down/retiring next year.
