I bought a used Galco FL118 FLETCH HIGH RIDE BELT HOLSTER that I bought used from a fellow TGO member and really like it. I wasn't that interested in carrying my SP because of the weight but using this holster changed my mind, conceals it well too. I also don't like IWB but I have one for my P238 and I'm happy with it, dedicated part of jeans for it too.

Ron Paul Gets Ignored By The Media Again!

maybe that YouTube kid will go on? -
I didn't find it funny but I never liked Fallon's style, was the ending more spectacular because I didn't make it that far? Nothing's more popular than bashing someone's faith it seems.

The Neo or the new Ruger SR22 may be better for small hands. I have the S&W's and have not had any problems with mine, they are a great buy. Might check out the Rimfirecentral forum for another valuable source for .22 info.

Romney getting the Black vote.........

Welfare rolls up in '09; more enroll in assistance programs - USATODAY.com Welfare rolls rose in 2009 for the first time in 15 years, but the 5% increase was dwarfed by spikes in the number of people receiving food stamps and unemployment insurance. Numbers On Welfare See Sharp Increase - WSJ.com Welfare rolls, which were slow to rise and actually fell in many states early in the recession, now are climbing across the country for the first time since President Bill Clinton signed legislation pledging "to end welfare as we know it" more than a decade ago. -
I'm trying to find if the rules have changed in VA, seems odd that this could happen but both Paul and Rom have been basically running for president since 2008 have they not? Did their earlier petition carry over? The four candidates complained that they had to hire vendors, at $50,000 to $100,000 to collect signatures and get on the ballot in Virginia because the task is so daunting. “Virginia has the most stringent ballot access requirements in the nation,” argued Nixon, a lawyer for Perry. The next closest state, Indiana, requires just 4,500 signatures and does not require people who circulate ballot petitions to live in the state. “Virginia, and Virginia alone, has a filing fee in excess of $50,000,” argued Nixon, referring to the cost of hiring a company to collect signatures. Sounds like they want to single some candidates out and leave it to whoever has the most money wins? Sounds like you have to buy this election in VA? Also sounds like Liberty and Freedom is being squashed and RP supporters should be outraged over this. It will be interesting to see what size of turn out they have but I don't think it becomes a two person race after it. 9 states also vote on the same day as VA, March 6, 10 states vote before they do, it's still wide open. http://www2.timesdispatch.com/news/2012/jan/13/2/us-judge-hears-va-primary-ballot-case-today-ar-1608964/

Romney getting the Black vote.........
kieefer replied to hornett22's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
I knew that would ruffle some feathers. I really don't think that 47% of both white and blacks not paying taxes and getting entitlements are going to vote their sugar daddy out. And, based on the last election - 96 percent of black voters supported Obama and constituted 13 percent of the electorate, a 2-percentage-point rise in their national turnout. As in past years, black women turned out at a higher rate than black men.Exit polls: How Obama won - David Paul Kuhn - POLITICO.com The mass rush by blacks to the polls was the single biggest reason that Obama carried the traditional must win states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, and broke the GOP presidential grip on North Carolina and Virginia. Earl Ofari Hutchinson: The Black Vote is Still President Obama's Trump Card, But Only if the Numbers Are There This says that they don't like Romy either - Hell Would Freeze Over Before Black Christians Vote for Mitt Romney - BCNN1 The rest didn't come in a dream but in my observations and discussion with friends, blacks included. I know several that are voting for BHO on race and party alone. Show me where Romy is more likely to be voted for by blacks than BHO, those that won't be holding their nose and I'll reconsider my thoughts. -

SR9 is what I used. A .22 is really all you need assuming that you can hit something with it. -

Nope, the majority of the black vote will go to BHO, some will turn but many care less about the issues and the rest are on welfare. -

That's my next step, changing the distributor. The spark was kinda orangey white from what I remember by using a spark plug.

20psi wouldn't shoot a stream out I'm thinking, I was expecting more pressure than 20psi, I think I got that but it still remains on the list, thanks. There's a control module in the distributer that I'm told can fail but still allow a spark but a weak one. Got a spare and going to do a swap when time allows. Also told if a sensor goes bad the engine light will stay on after the key is on, mine goes out after a few seconds.

Santorum and his views on our privacy rights
kieefer replied to East_TN_Patriot's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
More from John Locke, In a particularly telling passage in Locke’s famous Letter Concerning Toleration, Locke responds to an objection that if government cannot enforce religious truth it will open the floodgates to all sorts of strange and immoral religious practices: If some congregations should have a mind to sacrifice infants, or, as the primitive Christians were falsely accused, lustfully pollute themselves in promiscuous uncleanness, or practise any other such heinous enormities, is the magistrate obliged to tolerate them, because they are committed in a religious assembly? I answer, No. These things are not lawful in the ordinary course of life, nor in any private house; and therefore neither are they so in the worship of God, or in any religious meeting. [emphasis added] It follows that if Locke believed the government could prosecute adultery, fornication, and sodomy, his approach to government would not mandate same-sex marriage. John Locke and the Evangelical Retreat from Marriage « Public Discourse I'm done with this. -

Every generation has picked a particular aspect of society that they claim is going to lead to the moral decay and downfall of our society. Whether it was doing away with slavery, allowing women to vote, not embracing Christianity, electing a Catholic to the White House, rock and roll music, allowing blacks to vote, birth control pills, inter-racial marriage, showing married couples in the same bed on television, Elvis' dance moves, marijuana, alcohol, or any other number of folk devils identified by people, our society has survived. In today's world, it's homosexuality and gay marriage that is being targeted for intolerance under the warning that it will collapse the foundation of our society. I think that being tolerant and encouraging people to love one another and commit to one another can only help our society. This and the comments from John Locke were enlightening, thanks for sharing. -
Someone good is running against Corker!

Were you voting with your conscience then or for the lesser of two evils? Her votes may not satisfy you completely but she's better than having a leftist idiot in her place. -

The thread is about a new face at the local level, I believe that's where we need to start. Yes the system is broken but one person and another party is not going to make a difference, it just divides votes. We have to fill the house and senate with like minded people, build a majority and run the current establishment out of office. -
VW has similar warranty requirements. You need to keep records either way. I would do a little price comparing on doing it myself, letting the dealer do it or a local drain and fill. You might also can find a local oil distributor where you can purchase oil by the case which may be a bit cheaper. The dealerships usually offer a long term deal and I'll bet a Jiffy Lube might also?

I'm wondering if any professional or shade tree mechanics would share their knowledge? I've got a problem and I think I've got it narrowed down to the crank positioning sensor, maybe not. I haven't put a code reader on it and I did not have a check engine light. The car is a high mileage 98 Civic. Several new parts related to a tune up and the timing belt has been changed. I have spark and I have fuel. Fuel pumps through the filter (new) but pressure may be low, I have no way of measuring this. What may have lead to it's demise - engine was washed, shortly after that a stumble developed, moisture was removed from the distributer cap and this improved the stumble. Stumble restarted most often when cold and at take off but was tolerable. Ran fine at high speed. A week went by and it begin slow to start, stumble got worst and quit. No back fire or smoke. Valve train rotates with crank. May have been worst when the tank was low so water in tank has not yet been ruled out. Coil has been replaced but failed to check spark before replacement. I've read a bit on-line that the CPS will allow spark and may cause this but I have not noticed any back fire which is a sign of the timing being off. Also considering the throttle position sensor? Next plan of action is getting a code reader or have it towed to a "real" mechanic. Have I overlooked something more obvious? Any suggestions? Thanks

Thanks, Brenda Lenard for US Senate 2012 | Why Brenda she will be one to watch along with Issues | Zach Poskevich | U.S. Senate 2012 Corker has been in there long enough, if they don't impose term limits we should. It all begins with local elections if you want to change the direction of government. -
This is about the best site I've found to dissect where the politicians stand; Ron Paul on the Issues I'm going to remain optimistic all the way until I get to vote, anything can happen between now and then. I fully agree that Hugo Hussein must go and Romy may be it but, I find myself more excited about who comes in 2nd than Romy after each primary. Several surveys showing up here and this one is rather informative too; ★☞ SelectSmart.com 2012 PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE SELECTOR: Obama, Romney, Paul, Gingrich, Bachmann, Santorum, Perry, etc.
