 I had the same problem with mine. USA made brass ammo for now on....in all guns.  Some of the early models also had recoil spring problems and a flat wound spring was the replacement.

All that is really needed here a warning label on the prescription "do not use weapons while under this medication". And of course "this medication may cause you to be involved in mass killings" as a side effect. Then they can sue the drug manufactures instead of gun makers.  :)         .
