1.   Thanks a lot. Some clever ideas. I may just do some stiffening to mine before it all goes together.
2. That's pretty close to what my setup is going to be. I'll be buying the Fedderson barrel next in 16" is what I had in mind. My trigger group (thanks DangerDan) has been worked over by Brimstone and a few assembly parts from Kidd. Stock bolt and receiver. Nikon 2-7x32 P-22 scope.   A Bell & Carson stock would also have been my preference but just about all my parts have been used purchases and I never see a used B&C. So I gave up and just purchased a Tacticool stock in blk from a friend on RC.   It sounds like you are feeling the stock flex. I'm assuming the barrel is also bedded and curious why it would flex? Why did you choose the 18" barrel over the 16" and would that have made any difference is feeling more solid?   Nice shooter.

4. I'm not positive but I may have saw one last week at Guns for America, 615-463-3633. Might had been a used one.
5. I planned and did watch it but was not overly thrilled, Billy Bob was too humorous and easy going. I was hoping for a more intense bad guy but the pencil-dick fellow nailed it.
6. Jack Bauer over Norris any day.   Awesome series and really looking forward to his next 24hrs.
7. I agree with most of the above. I also lived there in the late 80's, definitely gone downhill since then.
8. Oh no, another oil thread.      Mobil 1 and LubriTech works for me and Hoppe's of course.
9. I have some ankle weights I'll give you once you finish your training phase.
10. +1 $102.72 with USPS Priority Shipping to my location.
11.   Something I did at first was use a large waistband elastic fabric holster and wrap it around the arm rest, positioned the holster spot in the back. Fine for keeping one in the truck but can't access it quickly.   Also used the same idea and wrapped it around the seat back.     .
12.   If I had a console box like this I believe I'd do that, looks good.
13. Forgot about this so I went out there with a flashlight. Hope to can figure it out. The back of the seat is to the left and holster faces the gas pedal. 14. I did the DIY style truck holster. I'll make and pic and post if interested. I bent a piece of metal, drilled a hole and mounted it to one of the seat floor mounts. Then attached my holster to it. Easy reach right under my leg and not obviously visible through the window.
15. http://youtu.be/1Ckv_Dz-Sio   a link from yours is pretty good too.
16. I'll take this as a sign that the .22 market is opening up and no, I won't be buying stock today.
17. But you are at the point of going into debt? I won't argue with you but before you sign that contract look at the bottom line and see what you will be really paying for the now 4 year older dream truck at the end of contract.   Good luck.
18. My only advice is to pay cash and make it a Ford.
19. Right, they still haven't found a body and this community is ready for closer.  I hope it is this meth-head but a month ago they raised the case to the top and the next month they have a suspect. They really need to share some hard evidence.   I think he will get life if he's convicted due to the fact of his drug abuse. The defense will say he wasn't in a normal state of mind or later down the road claim insanity.
20. This ^, and a 2hour window of opportunity to determine a location.     IF this was the doings of a terrorist group, wouldn't they have been claiming responsibility by now?    They/MSM may be able to keep some on the details from the public but this late into it without any more info seems odd by todays standards.
21. Posted before reading completely and saw that it was already discussed, hence the edit.
22. Following.   Interesting set of circumstance indeed.
23.   Whatever I want.  :) Actually I don't think I'm that rough with it.   They have this knife in Damascus steel with a plain edge but I believe I'd baby it at that price.   Probably what I ought to do is learn the hardness ratings and do a comparison and determine where the hardness is with the VG-10 steel.   The SOG Flash II Tanto looks like a good option and I like that blade shape at the tip.
24.  Adams had a serious drug problem -- mainly, involving meth. So it's likely whatever he was thinking, he wasn't thinking clearly.   Life in prison.
25.   The brother THOUGHT it was her boyfriend outside with her. He saw them talking, maybe arguing and saw them go into the woods. He knew her boyfriend was hunting that day which explains the camo being worn by the abductor. From what I read he didn't want to call 911 over the two having a breakup or lovers quarrel. He also said he didn't want to stick his nose into his sister business. I'm sure he regrets that now because A LOT of people are blaming him for her disappearance, as you are.   Now, I'm kinda with you, he should have checked on his sister but we have no idea what relationship they had as brother and sister. What I find strange is I haven't read what or where the boyfriend was, what's his story? I've also read that the local police really botched the investigation from the beginning because of being short staffed and most likely underpaid. All kinds of local folks helped in the initial search, some on 4wheelers. Any evidence left behind in the woods is probably still there, buried.   Whatever the case, in time the truth may come out but IF the brother had something to do with it I suspect he would have broken down by now.
