  1. Advice? Stay away from metro public schools. If you can afford it go Private or stay in surrounding counties outside of Davidson.   One thing about TN weather, hang around long enough and it will change. As far as the humidity, spend summers in south Alabama and TN will feel great.  :-\          .
  2. I wonder how many were unemployed or just looking to change or upgrade jobs?
  3. I thought I'd save some money and took a set of tires in to have mounted. The valve stems they used must have been at least 4" long. This is on a truck too. I noticed this when they told me it was ready to go, already balanced and mounted. I shook my head and asked for the manager. WTF I said to him. 2hrs later they swapped them out for the short ones but didn't rebalance again. I watched. When I checked out I told the clerk, they mounted, no balance. She took the charge off. That was the only high point, I still left disgusted and won't be back. About the only thing I buy there anymore is paper towels and Wranglers when there on sale. Oh yeah, I find that Dollar General has nicer staff and the goodies are about the same price as Wally. .
  4. Just so happens I have a tail bag that's like new that I could sell if interested. Touratech bag for a BMW 650GS. I can get the exact dimensions later but it's close to 14x20 (?) base. I think the name is "High End". $100.00
  5. Look up HappyTrails.com Or basically KLR luggage for other options. Are you wanting soft or hard luggage? GIVI makes some nice luggage and if you're really serious look up Jesse Bags. Several options on soft luggage. Might also visit ADVRider and do some searches there too. The KLR has a huge following and the aftermarket is huge too, you'll have so many options it will be hard to decide. Great bike, good luck.

    10mm?

Back when the ammo shortage was pretty serious I noticed the 10 mm was one cartridge still on the shelves. +1
  7. You could find a bunch of info on the Ruger forums.   I put a Ghost Trigger in mine and got it to 5 lbs. This was early-on not long after the SR9 came out. I had a lot of trouble with mine but Ghost worked with me and we got it right.   It's an easy install and you can do it yourself. Probably a YouTube video on it.   One thing you need to do if you haven't already is remove the firing pin and check for shavings in the channel. I found shavings in mine and a SR9 compact I bought used some years later.       .
  8. If I was about 30 yrs younger I'd be all over this.
  9. I own the sub-compact and agree with what everyone said before. I have mine at the bedside. Very nice shooter and fits my large hands. Small hands may have issue with it.   I carried it for a while but went back to my snub-nose revolvers.   I've also shot the full size right after I bought my SR9, kinda regretted the purchase but I kept the SR9. Shoot both it you can.
  10. Could it be a tooth from Bigfoot?                 Nah, I'm going with a toenail. How about a Hawk or Eagle talon?
  11. I think I put this up in another thread but I'm really enjoying this whole concert. Joe Bonamassa, Muddy Wolf at Red Rocks.   https://youtu.be/Zww9J4FqAXE?list=PLrHekRUw-GqenP0dusvqJtQfwZ-VkGfMT
  12. Probably kin to the crowd that would drift their lowered Hondas in empty parking lots and play Fast & Furious on the weekends.
  13. The I40 E exit at 96 going to Center Hill Dam has a store before you get to the Dam where you can find out rental info and other info. Corner of 96 & 141 I think, can't miss it.
  14. "DEF", thanks. I saw this stuff at Autozone and wondered WTF. Diesel Exhaust Coolant was what the box said. Also as a MC rider I'd hate to get behind these smokers but there's something that annoys me more and that is straight pipes on a Harley.
  15. As predicted, http://www.weaselzippers.us/223244-media-tries-to-blame-george-zimmerman-for-being-shot-at/
  16. 1) because the media knows that blogs like this one will spread their narrative by jumping to conclusions and false assumptions. 2) as soon as his name comes across the police scanner there are numerous reporters chomping at the bit to add to the slandering. Just his turn like many others before him. But I do agree that he needs to disappear, maybe move to another country. .
  17.   :waiting:  I thought I heard that before......  http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/86728-who-can-even-touch-joe/page-2
  18.   I GOT THIS COMMENT! But the rest of the thread went over my head.    I remember the band and that their music sucked.   I prefer political bumper stickers instead...and Joe Bonamassa ones.
  19.   There is a cup that attaches to your hanger and then to the feeder, add water and the ants won't bother the feeder. WalMart or Lowes probably has it, I got mine at Garrs years ago.     Do this (the interior perimeter) and put traps out. I had the same problem a couple of years ago, I couldn't believe how infested we were. Might also make sure there is not food on the counters and button everything else up while you're at it.   I also sprayed the outside foundation and area with one of those attach-to-hose bug treatments that's specifically for ants.
  20. I saw one running through a field the other day in MJ off Central Pike. Scruffy fellow and darker color than I thought they were. This was around 3pm.   No problem for me just thought it was strange to see one out in the open.   GLWYH.
  21. As long as there are gun-restrictions they haven't won and neither have We.
  22. I was by here the other day and they had a big selection of used stuff. And Chiltons is another good source for both new and used.   http://www.nashvillelawnequipment.com
  23. I used a Scag Tiger Cub for 3yrs doing residential on the side. Never had a problem and loved it but I have no other experience besides shopping other brands. Found the Scag to be a good value for my money.
  24. You can see exactly buy running one through checkout, you will have to pick your FFL too have it shipped to. You can do all of this without paying.
  25. I got the new Red Rocks CD and DVDS this week and think it's his best work, excellent to say the least.
