    Tickets sold as of 2/17/11 = 244 of 500
  3. I pulled up to a pump today and the sign on the road said 2.94, at the pump that was the cash price, use a card and it was 3.04. I went across the street and got it for 2.94 with my check card. Of course, after I got a fill up it was 2.91 down the road. Should have checked gas-buddy.
  4. creeping to $3.00 for regular around here, just in time for the weekend.

OutPost Armory has 4 on the shelf, as of today.
  6. SP101, 2.25 is what I've been shopping for and intend to carry. That or my SR9. I'm also hurting for a PX4, if you would like to tell me about yours adam I'm welcome to a pm.
  7. We'll get use to $3.50 fuel this year and next. Then we will be bitching when it's $5.00 in 2013. By 2015 we'll have our own oil reserves pumping but fuel won't drop in price. Keep in mind that about .20 cents is also in TAXES. Nashville Gas Prices - Find Cheap Gas Prices in Tennessee To add to your madness, the ethanol (10%) that is now in fuels is eating away various rubber materials in your older car and motorcycle. Our friends in congress is trying to raise that to 15% and determined to destroy your vintage car or bike. Strangely, non-ethanol fuel it priced higher.
  8. Hummm, may be worth it then? Here's the Owners Manual and yep, it's the Sigma Series. Thanks.
  9. That may explain the cheap price. If I can get back to it, tried today but had car problems, I'll get the serial and visit the S&W site.
  10. Thanks for the tip, mine came today. Neat little light for the cost of shipping.
  11. This one looked bigger than the current varmints, square slide I'm sure it had S&W and .380 on the side. Even a early model would be priced more than $200??? Wouldn't it? Now I am going back, curiosity has got me.
  12. I used a file to remove the material, little by little. I was beginning to think it wasn't going to work but each time I reinstalled the trigger it came back further until I finally got a click. What a relief! After about 6 take downs I got it but with as much practice that I've had, it now only takes a minute. I filed a little bit further and got a good positive clean break with very little over travel. I might get to the range tomorrow, if there's any miss-fires I will need to take more off. Feels REAL good now. I'm stoked!
  13. I saw an older model automatic S&W .380, looked well used but I didn't handle it or look at it better. Priced under $200.00 I blew it off as too cheap but now I'm wondering about exactly what it was. How far back did the .380's or Bodyguards go, if they were even called bodyguards prior to the popularity?
  14. The Tactical came today and I just finished the fitting and install. Arthur Viani of Ghost Inc. has been a tremendous help and very generous in helping me solve my issue with the Ultimate in my pistol. I sent him the photos above and once again my explanation of my problems. He determined that the "Tactical" would work and sent me one to try. This one does require fitting and for anyone considering buying a Ghost, don't be afraid, the SR9 is easy to disassemble, I was unsure at first but I'm a master now. (Two springs to watch out for) Anyway, the Tactical works and my pull is lighter but have yet had it measured. Much smoother pull too and the Tactical takes away the over travel. Ghost Inc. has excellent costumer service, very descriptive instructions on their site and I highly recommend them. All's well!
  15. See, if you would have hung them on a fence there would be no questions.

  20. I saw a few of the same dealers at the last Fairgrounds show as I did at the Gallatin and the Al Shrine Show. The Fairgrounds had more to choose from and one dealer had the LCP for $265 as a special. I didn't see this deal at the other shows but I imagine you could get it if you asked for it. I've always heard you could get a sweet deal at a show but I haven't walked in with cash to just see what kind of deal I could get. From past experience, cash would speak the same at any local dealer, so going to shows for me is seeing and handling many guns and noting the prices. It's the Fairgrounds for me, Sunday may a few less folks.
  21. The best trigger pull measurement we could get with polished stock parts was 7lbs. Had 8lbs with the Ultimate, a Tactical is on it's way to replace the Ultimate. The Gunsmith I spoke to in Lebanon has a few tricks up his sleeve if my efforts fail.
  22. Trump at CPAC... “The United States is becoming a laughing stock of the world,” Trump said. “I deal with people from China. I deal with people from Mexico. They cannot believe what they are getting away with.” America has become a “whipping post for the world,” he added. Trump also laid claim to the some cornerstone issues of modern conservatism. “I am pro-life. Against gun control… I will fight to end Obamacare and replace it with something that makes sense to people in business and not bankrupt the country. If I decide to run, I will not be raising taxes. We will be taking in hundreds of billions of dollars from other countries that are screwing us … and we’ll rebuild our country so that we can be proud. Our country will be great again,” he said. Well, at least he speaks his mind.
