  1. Where's Carly?   Republicans are always being accused of having a war on women. I know her poll numbers are too low for this debate but it would have made a big impression if they made an exception or one of the other candidates to bow out and let her take his place.    A group of 4 in a small discussion would be more beneficial IMO.
  2. This area is easy to get to but I don't remember if there were campgrounds, boat ramp I'm sure of. Off 111 near Byrdstown.
  3. Well, you don't have to. I couldn't quote and when replying the font would change. You got a little bug that needs swatting.
  4. Dale Hollow Lake.
  5. Probably just like us, redneck tea partiers by looking at their names.[emoji6] Since these guys aren't Muslims they will likely pop up on the Kings radar screen and made an example of.
  6. Funny you should mention. I care for a family graveyard and I'm always cautious when approaching during this time of year due to previous experience with stings from yellow jackets. I came upon a ground nest even though I scanned the site, the mower always brings them out. I got hit twice. Went back a night a used a smoke bomb instead of my high dollar non-eth fuel.
  7. I had a similar problem a while back, only within this forum too. My Mac is older and if I remember right I had to do some cleaning up deep inside. I couldn't do this alone so I got an Apple tech geek who walked me through it using a chat link. I'm curious why it would happen to a new Mac......? If you installed MacKeeper that was some of my problem. That needs to be removed completely. Rely on Apple updates instead. Anyway, Go to the Mac site and raise your hand. Those Apple Heads can help you. .

    Mowers

+1 Being a "low-end" mower it really boils down to how well you take care of it. Most will last forever if well cared for and will still get the job done.   Being an avid estate and yard sale monger I see mowers all the time and most are MTD's or the like that have been left outside. Come spring they won't start and up goes the sale sign. Heck, I picked up a few push mowers off the curb waiting for trash pickup where all they needed is fresh fuel and a carb clean.   Just a tip for those unknowing, your mower and 2stroke engines will run much better if you use non-ethynol fuel and drain it in the winter or use a fuel stablizer. Not having clean fuel is the usual issue.
  9. You mean groupon is not the best place for a deal?
  10. I ran 100 rounds through the LCP today, only two FTF for whatever reason. I like it. Shot both ball and HP's   I also ran 100 rds through my BP9cc and had several FTF. Most of this ammo was reloaded but I think I found the main problem.   This is a striker fire pistol much like my SR9 and just like when my SR9 (and a SR9 compact I had for a while) was new this BP9 also had metal shavings in the striker channel. I bought this used and may be the reason it was traded in, don't know but when I got it I didn't shoot but maybe 25rds until today. This afternoon I did a meticulous cleaning.   Just a tip if anyone is not aware of this and has a striker fire pistol, the striker channel is something you should clean out.   Did I say I like my new LCP?  :usa:

    Mowers

I had a Scag Tiger Cub 48" that was awesome and for the price I don't think I could have done better. This was my first zero-turn and I used it commercially for 3yrs with an issue. +1 for a Scag.
  14. Saw a help wanted sign in front of McDonalds today, 8.00 per hour. I feel that is pretty good for flipping burgers. My guess is that your average manufacturing wage will be between $10 and $25. Per hour depending on the product. So, if I'm in a factory where the risk of injury to myself is much higher than it would be a MickeyD's and I'm making $10. bucks, id jump at a chance to make $15 at a burger joint, well maybe not. Or reduce my risks and work for $8.00......? Point being, for a factory, be it a small company paying $10. it will be tuff to pay $15 to keep an employee and still remain in business. As a result this small business could fold or be bought out by a large Corp.. So the libs say they hate big business but want to raise the wage where everything becomes more expensive, less competitive and kills small businesses. Surprise, surprise. I believe some, and I'm sure there's some in the Guv that would rather we let them take all profits and dole them out according to the your needs as they see fit. Anyway we will see how Seattle handles their recent wage hike. .
  15.   He really should be wearing camo.
  16. They've had a used 013 Victory Boardwalk, black and white I've been jonesing for. I've been on sport bikes most of my life, not yet sure if I want a big heavy cruiser. Always seem to find an excuse not to stop in for a test ride.
  17. Bernie Sanders believes in raising the min-wage, of course he pays his interns much less [emoji38] Typical liberal mentality. http://www.mrctv.org/blog/bernie-sanders-introduces-bill-15-minimum-wage-only-pays-staff-12#.lehgga:5C2c
  18. Abernathy, for as long as I can remember has always been where the best deal was to be had. Back in the 70s I think they only sold Honda and my brother bought a 1977 750ss at a price no local dealer would touch.
  19. Academy in Mt. Juliet has both, Ruger brand magazines for $35. or a ProMag for $17.00. 3 left of the ProMags, several Rugers.
  20.   Why is that so hard to understand? It's common sense but as usual the left fails to see the logic.    Same goes for the decrease in hours so they can continue welfare,WTF!,  I can't help but shake my head in disgust.
  21.     http://therightscoop.com/seattle-raises-minimum-wage-to-15-workers-demand-fewer-hours-to-keep-their-welfare-benefits-lol/
  22. Just read a headline that now they want to work less hours so they can still draw welfare. The Left is never happy.
  23. That was my first thought and project this morning, tap that site with some white. Academy Sports had a good low price online for mags and I plan to see if the store has it priced the same. Sad note, I couldn't make it to the range as planned.
  24. Go one step further and put a car tire on the back of your motorcycle.
  25.   No sooner than I posted this I saw the headline.     What can I say, should have had armed guards at the theater huh?
