This 6'4", 280+ body recently traded in my '02 Honda Accord for a higher, roomy environment. The Frontiers and Tacos are not that much bigger for leg and headroom but do sit higher from the ground. After much prayer and research, I went with a 2021 Chevy Colorado LT. I won't win any races with the 4-banger, but at least I can get in and out without a visit to the chiropractor. With a 2WD you won't see me conquering Mt. LeConte, either, but it's perfect for hauling the wife and groceries, with an occasional ebike or two. 20mpg won't bust the budget, especially with the "Drill, baby, drill" economic climate now blossoming. It's also made and bought in the USA, so I don't expect any Karens will key the finish. Not a sporty choice, for sure, but a prudent one, nonetheless. I just hope I'm not putting a smile on the face of any repair shops.
