  1. Congrats . Vandy did it again. 2 SEC wins in a row . And I hope UT don't take 'em for granted. That'll get you beat. Could be one heck of a game .
  2. That it does . Using my reloads , 300gr Hornady JHP.
  3. Killed my first deer this am about 7:15. Had 4 pts + 2 smaller points, not quite 1". One shot & he dropped like a puppet with his strings cut. A 45/70 don't mess around. This was a very healthy deer * & heavy. My bud had to take his John Deere tractor with hay fork to load it on the tailgate.
  4. You ain't lying.
  5. I bought an old WWII Jeep from them back in the 70's. Even had a bullet hole in the passenger's side.

  8. Good article, Chuck . I'm an old Retired Army grunt. Vietnam wounded in combat. I haven't forgotten Armistice Day. The Gov.loves to change names.
  9. Thanks guys from an old grunt.
  10. Personally , I wouldn't trust a wet primer. They may go bang, but will the performance be the same?
  11. It happens occasionally.
  12. For my M&P 15 Sport II, I loaded up 5 rds each for CFE 223 & H335, Sierra 62 gr. SP BT. Starline new brass, CCI primers. 22 grs +- each. @ 25yds. The H335 won out by a hair. Only very slight difference between the two . Final charge was 22.4 grs. I went with the H335, but wouldn't hesitate to use either. Actually , if I run out of H335 I'll use the CFE. Of course this is just my rifle. YMMV. Good luck pard.
  13. I'll give you one, but my heart's not in it.
  14. With a few days practice , I think I could do that.
  15. Worst thing that's happened , is when they legalized these ambulance chasing lawyers to advertise on TV. Throw in the Medicare commercials as well.
  16. And a tan.
  17. Full tube, chamber loaded, safety on. I keep all my guns fully loaded. They're ready at an instance notice, or no notice. Bad guys dont always give notice. Do as you're comfy with.
  18. What area do you live in?
  19. Good win. Enjoy. Ala next.
  20. Wonder how many walked by looking down at their phone & missed the coffin.
  21. Social distancing ?
  22. I'm heading that way in a couple weeks.
  23. Old thread, but saw gas for $2.99 today at Murphy in Lebanon.
  24. Just Memphis being Memphis in both cases.
  25. Greg, your Dores are now 2 & 0.
