  1. I, for one, am thrilled this B----- got what she had coming. Affairs & felonies aside, she is another Hilary Clinton. Huge ego, power mad, on & on. Thankful I do not live anywhere near Nashville. JMHO
  2. I agree completely. You have a choice to move toward danger, or turn & run a way. I like the John Wayne quote, movie or not. It works.
  3. LOL, that's true. Magwell was empty, plus hadn't been cleaned yet. Funny little story about this weapon. I never liked the M14 due to weight & recoil. So.....along comes this NIB M16A1, light weight, awesome, right?, Not so fast, walked further down the line, was handed another box, with the M203. Weight not only back to M14 level, but extra ammo to boot. Oh, well...........
  4. Me, 1967, 25th Inf. Div., Pleiku, with my new M16A1, w/ M203 attached underneath.
  5. Mine resets & the data is gone. Need to shut it down soon after, if it's still running. YMMV. When I bought mine, there was another guy there @ W'mart looking also. He was looking to buy another for his daughter. He'd had to use his after an accident where the other guy denied crossing center line. Video told the tale, he won the case.
  6. Same here, got mine at Wally World for $20. Works great thus far. Video is hard to dispute.
  7. I'm 74. so both of you are just young, whippersnappers, LOL. I had rotator cuff surgery a year ago, rehab wasn't as been as you hear about. There was a guy there same time as me with knee surgery, he did very well. Saw him a few weeks ago in Lebanon, doing good. Hang in there & best to ya.
  8. It's not just guns in general, it's control period. Guns are just a major step in accomplishing that.
  9. As ole Davy Crockett used to say, "Make sure you're right, then go ahead". You'll figure it out, LOL
  10. There are as many reasons to buy one as there are not to. I had one for yrs., and sold it recently, not because I had any issues with it, I just needed the money more for other things. As for the reliability some have questioned, I had a M16A1 w/ M203 attached, in Vietnam in '67. Never had a problem with it, & my life & others depended on it's performance. No doubt there were problems, like there is with any thing, just not the "bad boy " it's sometimes made out to be. It also helps to clean it once in a while. ( major issue in 'Nam ) If you've got the itch, go ahead & scratch it, LOL.
  11. I never used the NRA discount either, always use my military ID. As for Dicks Sport. Goods, the place is too overpriced for me, don't go there. It amazes me how, after ever shooting we have, people & companies, etc, are falling all over themselves trying to distance themselves from anything gun. Guess I'll just sit back & watch them walk over the cliff.
  12. Agree, it's a temporary fix at best. Just kicking the can down the road. Do what needs to be done now, & relax.
  13. As my old DI at Ft. Campbell used to say, "If in doubt, dont!". I still use that, works for me.
  14. Personally, I wouldn't put much money on what Bloomberg has to say regarding guns or ammo. He hates them both.
  15. Hate to see this. Always been a Rem. fan. Oh, well.........
  16. Speaking strictly for myself.....I would prefer the Feds keep their collective noses out of this issue. What may be ok during this administration, may very well head south if the Libs take control again. All the states I may visit are not an issue ( I don't visit all ). The Califs, Ill, NY, I stay clear. JMHO
  17. When you watch 60 Minutes, you're going to get a heavy dose of Liberal. I never watch the junk.
  18. I got signed up a few days ago. had some issues with uploading pics, but with the help of some good folks over there, I solved that. Other than that, it went as smooth as a gravy sandwich. Also signed up for the Gold Tier Supporter.
  19. What's the schedule for the SN mdse?
