Yet another reason to stay the heck out of Fla. I have zero use for a bump stock. Sold my AR, have no plans for another. They don't fit my Walther PPQ or PPS. The thing I see in these kid protests, is that they are creating the next generation of serial protesters. A lot of these kids don't have a clue, a lot of them don't care, get out of class get on TV, get some attention, etc, etc........

You're absolutely right! They were called asylums in my neck of the woods, and they did a brisk business. Now jails serve the same purpose, tho fail miserably. ( I worked there for 3 yrs. ) Folks want a solution, but they want someone else to do it. Strange how that hasn't worked.

This "solution", or one similar, was attempted years ago, buy taxing ammo until the cost was prohibitive. It didn't pass muster either. The antis' are trying to strike every iron while they're hot. Heck, they have nothing better to do. As they say, "Never let a good tragedy go to waste".

If you have a powder scale, make sure it's accurate, & use it to check what the powder measure is throwing. Bottom line, this doesn't sound right on a lot of levels.

I talked to one of Goodmans people, at their last show in Lebanon. He told me they hadn't been able to get in touch with anyone with any authority to schedule. Folks aren't answering the phone. This seems strange to me, as these folks are normally on the ball, with events at the Expo. The next show is scheduled for June, and several thereafter. No folks, you haven't been looking in the wrong place, it's just not there. RK doesn't have anything local ( Lebanon or 'Boro ), either. Rather strange turn of events ( no pun intended). Just an aside note FWIW, at the last Goodman show in Lebanon, I was there @ 9AM, practically no one there but me. Parking lot near empty. Later in the day, I can't say.

That's true, they do, but without the NRA, we'd be in a world of hurt. Who else has the money to file lawsuits of this magnitude. I don't always agree with everything they do, heck, I don't always agree with anybody.

Under Judicial Diversion, if he plays by the rules set forth in the probation period, he can have his record expunged & go on about his business, as tho nothing happened. First time offenders. Never was too fond of the idea, but it happens.

Laws do strange things, sometimes unintended, maybe. The law was designed to protect kids & teachers, right? If they're not there, why protect a building? Makes little sense to me. JMHO.

Everybody stood by at Columbine waiting for SWAT to arrive, while kids were being gunned down inside. Seems to be similar in Fla. All the Active Shooter training I ever had, taught you that if there was no one but you, you go in & take out the threat. You do not wait for backup. Maybe all do not train this way, IDK. From what I've "read", it looks like a good old "cluster F---" to me.

Had she not taken the plea deal, all this would have went to "discovery" & ended up in public record for all to see. Neither side really wanted that, so.......
