  1. My only experience with nite vision was with the Starlite scope in 'Nam. I'm sure the tech. has come a long way since then.

    New Gun!

Cant go wrong with a Henry. I've got one in 45/70, love it, reloading for it too. Henrys' warranty & service are top notch. Enjoy.
  3. Left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing?
  4. I had some on BO since May. Forgot about it, didn't know what it was when FEDEX showed up, lol. Patience is key these days.
  5. I never watch CNN for any reason. My blood is already at the boiling point.
  6. FEDEX left me a surprise today. I had 200 pcs, Starline 45/70 brass on BO with Creedmoor Sports, back in May. Totally forgotten about it, showed up on my front porch today. I've got enough now to last me thru age 146. Not likely my shoulder will hold up that long, LOL.
  7. Sounds more like a divorce settlement.
  8. You were partly right, LOL.
  9. Shooting about 20 will do that. Still hopeing for a bison to show up, LOL.
  10. You've got me beat so far. Mine says 4.05" & counting. Just went to Lebanon, creek over 231 a bit muddy, but not out of the banks. The creek going thru town has nothing.
  11. Just now lucked up on bullets. Found 200, Hornady 300 gr JHP bullets on GunStop Reloading's site. That's enough to fill the 200 Starline pcs. of brass I already have. Happy camper!
  12. Currently I have 3.51 in my gauge. Rained really hard at times. Haven't seen any flooding around my area. I got my yard mowed just before it started yesterday. Put the mower up, started to the house, heard thunder. Things went downhill frm there.
  13. Chopper pilots won my hero rating in 'Nam. Still do.
  14. Think I'll pass.
  15. Not out of the woods yet. Still a lot of process to go + Govs signature.
  16. Ch 4 news just said a man walked into funeral homes & paid for the funerals. No name given.
  17. Need to keep those truck windows rolled up, bud, LOL
  18. My yard is brown as Granny's biscuits.
  19. A good first step would be to stop putting these folks back on the streets.
  20. Stopped by the Reloaders Bench. Mt. Juliet, today. picked up 4 ammo boxes for the 45/70. No primers, did have quite a bit of powder. Didn't need any powder, did need 45/70 bullets, no luck there, as expected. Lot of empty shelves. They had one bag of Starline 45/70 brass, didn't need any, so I left it for someone else.
  21. Could be. They found John Bobbit's willie, and he went on to do porn. Anything's possible, LOL
  22. Lot of strange folks walking this planet.
  23. Greg, I remember that. As you and I have both given examples, RBS has a history of refusing assistance. Too much pride, maybe. Both the MC & RBS teams would have been better, as one, and all in our area knows it. County politics also largely responsible.
  24. The RBS football team has always had issues. Small town, small school, small team in #s. We ( Trousdale Co. ) used to play them every year; in the same region. They never had the best support, coaches. They did have a few good athletes, just not enough. I recall one year, we beat them 91-0. We finally began giving the ball back when they couldn't score, rather that run another play. Always felt bad for them. Sometimes they barely had enough player to have a team. They played with heart tho, always respected them for that. I thinks Covid has hit them this season. Forfitted 1st game, I believe.
