I also was advised to not pay off the mortgage early, but to enjoy that low interest loan and put any extra money into the market for long-term gains. This is a good time to invest in the market - stocks are "on sale".

It appears to me that the statement "it went off while I was cleaning it" is usually a lie to cover the fact that someone pulled the trigger while playing with the gun. Just my opinion.- 16 replies

S&W 638, Kramer horsehide pocket holster, 158 gr +P LSWCHP, Safariland speedloaders. After 12 years the 638 looks a little beat up. When I carry OWB, it's a 3" Model 65 with .357 158 gr JHP in a Galco paddle or an EPS Street Combat.

I cover mine with a drawbar and 2" ball. It has protected my bumper in the past, makes a nasty hole in expensive, plastic-covered front bumpers.

Agree! I had PT fatigues and PT combat boots, sure you did too. I ran in 'em, PT'd in 'em and sometimes slept in 'em. But that was before the modern, all-volunteer Army. :)
