1. My youngest daughter did it and thought it was mild.  She then went and rafted the Gauley River in WV.  Said it was better.
2. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/7911-where-do-you-buy-your-reloading-supplies/
3. Joining the chorus - Smith & Wesson.  I've owned both Smith and Bersa semi-autos and, while both were functional and safe, the Smith was a much better made firearm.
4. Volume doesn't work because 1 inch of rain equals anywhere from about 3 inches to 15 inches of snow, depending on the wetness of the snow.
5. My practice ammo comes from the Enfield Ammo & Lawn Maintenance Company.  Carry ammo I buy infrequently and in bulk, usually mail-order, as what I want usually isn't on gunshop shelves.  I haven't bought in 2-3 years.
6. Essentially, he backed down from his rhetoric and didn't overstep his bounds. Guess the threat of impeachment was heard and he didn't like his chances. Now, when the supply catches up, we can all get some powder, mags, uppers, etc.
7. PS - gas logs for backup heat, propane stove for backup cooking, 5 gallon bucket for backup toilet.  Livin' like Boss Hogg.  :D
8. Generators are demanding.  After long, hard experience, I've learned to run each one monthly, under load, for 15-20 minutes and then shut them down by turning off the fuel and letting them run dry.  I keep them filled with treated fuel and keep 15-20 gallons of fuel on hand.   I learned when the grid went down in the midwest a few years back that gasoline isn't available when none of the stations have electricity either.   Lots of water & food on hand.  Everybody's happy, happy, happy!
9. Good read:   http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/52402
10. In normal conditions, whatever they are, some calibers are well worth reloading - to get otherwise scarce ammo or to get loads that are not commercially available.   Some loads are cheaper to buy assembled than to do it yourself.   Under current conditions, reloading may make the difference between having ammo or not having any.
11. Good article:  http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/52295
12. Bailey - our mouse terrier:
13. Walnut hull and rouge.
14. I've carried the same Kramer horsehide holster for the last 7 years. It's still like new.
15.
Easy to do with ham radio.   BTW, am I the only one that has a trailer-mounted 50' crankup tower (with genset platform) for SHTF ?
No, but you're one of only 2 that I know of. Our club used to borrow a trailer with a 40' crankup for Field Day. :)
16. They're ignoring the Constitution now!  What good would an amendment do?   WE need to put honorable people in Congress, and remove them when they prove dishonorable or incompetent.
17. I don't advertise, have no problems.
18. I gather the supply of powder, primer and bullets hasn't dried up yet in this cycle?
19. Low hanging fruits! :D
20. This isn't going to end well . . .  :D    . . . for the OP.
21. Turn off the ringer and use vibe.  Don't answer calls.  Use the phone for YOUR convenience, not someone else's.   And, if you're somewhere you don't want to be found, take the battery out.
22. Adios kid!
23. Look up laminated object manufacturing (LOM) and stereolithography. I used both 15-20 years ago to make prototype parts. Still have a LOM oil pan that I kept as a souvenir. Both processes must be obsolete by now but were common engineering tools in their day.
24.
