1. Seems to me that firing someone for exercising his 2nd Amendment RIGHT is an illegal civil rights violation.  I believe that conspiring to do that is a felony.   Getting rid of the 'at will' searches sounds good to me.  I won't consent to a search by my employer, even though I know it's a condition of my employment.  I'll quit first.
2. http://www.timesfreepress.com/news/2013/feb/14/guns-in-parking-lot-bill-wont-protect/   What is it we're expecting this new law to do?    I'm confused.
3. Thanks for wearing a long-tailed shirt in the photos!
4. Welcome!
5. Crane CC Radio 2, receives am, fm, weather, weather alerts, 2 meter ham band.  Runs on AC or batteries, Digital tuning, pre-sets, and a fine receiver on all bands.  They're not cheap, but they're excellent radios and worth the price.   And here's an Amazon link:  http://www.amazon.com/Crane-CC2B-Radio-2-Weather-2-Meter/dp/B002NU5RZS/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1360507027&sr=1-2&keywords=crane+cc

S&W Model and year?

Then ignore what I said.  We need a picture and more info.

S&W Model and year?

A .38 Special Hand Ejector M&P (K-frame) with a S/N of 22867 would have been built in 1902-1903.  It should have a round butt if it is this model.
8. Don't shoot all your 5.56/223 - save enough for the first battle.  After that we'll have captured ammo to shoot.
9. I have one plant at the moment, but it's a biggun!  I drove a t-post on either side, about 6' apart overall, and stretched 2 strands of wire between them.   Wove the canes in amongst the wires to get them up off the ground, mainly so I could mow around it.  My blackberry plant grows like a weed!
10. I'm reading Col. Grossman's "On Killing", and it has some interesting information related to rounds per kill for soldiers/Marines, and it probably applies to cops also.     He says that killing, up close and personal, doesn't come naturally to the vast majority of people.  They have to be carefully conditioned to pull the trigger and kill a fellow human.   The remainder, the small minority, become Special Forces or John Dillinger.   In other words, a lot of the rounds fired in Vietnam were fired over the heads of the enemy.

Besides, the name "Tickle" has been taken.

Home Brew

I do a little extract brewing - 1 or 2 batches a year. I like the simplicity of malt extract and the beer is very good.

14. I'm not sure I understand the question. It came in a pot and I transplanted it. It grows long canes, just like a wild plant, but no thorns.
15. Thornless blackberries are the ticket for me.   They were developed at the University of Arkansas and come in a dozen or so varieties, all with southwest Indian tribe names - Apache, Arapaho, Navajo, etc.   If you're buying more than one plant, you need to buy different varieties to maximize yield, as I recall.   The berries are as big as the first joint of your thumb, numerous and delicious.   I found mine at Lowes, in the outdoor lawn & garden area last spring.
16. Mine does. Maybe you haven't seen it all? :D It's S&B ss109.
17. Two 30rd mags taped together, side-by-side, with a cut-off pencil taped 3" from the bottom on one mag. RH mag inserted in rifle LH mag inserted in rifle Will give faster mag changes while not adversely affecting prone fire. Spare taped mags can be hooked over your belt. Courtesy of Matt Bracken
18. Matt Bracken had some good advice - don't be a minority.  If you're the only conservative in a neighborhood or city of liberals, get out!  Otherwise, you'll be killed and eaten first.
19. I haven't seen factory wadcutters on the shelf but once or twice anywhere in the last 10 years or so.  Once supplies get back to normal, Cabela's would be a good bet for bulk practice ammo.
20. Follow the manufacturer's recommendation.
21. It works fine with Chrome on my Xoom tablet with Jelly Bean OS.
22. Cool!  Now I'm not only a racist and homophobe, but a Tea Partier and a Rovian.  I love it!  I wanna be a Klingon next.   Ron Paul's ideas never were mainstream, and that alone doesn't make him right.  He's an anarchist at heart, like all Libertarians who've thought through their position.   His tweet was just a little glimpse of what's behind his mask.
23. The Ron Paul fans are noticeably quiet now.
24. I like sports, but I'm not a fan of pro sports -- any pro sports.  Too much money, too much drama, too much press.  College football is getting to that point too.
