  1. Savage brought out a new over/under this year - the Model 42.   A lot of plastic, but that's the rage.
  2. Sounds like gun shows are turning into good places to get accidentally shot.
  3. My number is 333       I'm only half evil.
  4. I agree - plaid or it's a skirt and you're a bit questionable.
  5. And hockey season. I'll stick with my 40 year old 'stache. P.S. - yes, I was born with it!
  6. Mine was ripped at a gas station in Canada. Attendant got it. Need to carry more cash on next trip.
  7. Just use a good holster and keep the gun clean.
  8.   That would be dependent on the firmware in your router.  Yours may or may not allow you to adjust power.  It should be under 'Administration' or 'Management' or some-such.
  9. Looks a whole lot like a Kramer IWB #2.
  10. Being by nature a sneak, I conceal my .357 behind my leg when answering the door during daylight hours.  I don't respond to unexpected knocks after dark.   I haven't had a need for a sign yet.   Saw a nifty doormat at the flea market today - it said "Come back with a warrant.". :D
  11. My wife carries Fiocchi Extrema in her .380.
  12. God must love idiots - he made so many of them.
  13. A harmless Corn Snake.  They get pretty big.
  14.   I could go for one of those.  Group buy?
  15. PRIMARY lead smelter.  They were the last who smelted lead from lead ore.  There are still secondary smelters functioning, who reclaim (recycle) lead.  We still have the lead ore, in case we (the nation) needs it.
  16. True Nobility   “I ask not for his lineage, I ask not for his name; If manliness be in his heart, He noble birth may claim.   I care not though of world’s wealth But slender be his part, If yes you answer when I ask, ‘Hath he a true-man’s heart?’   I ask not from what land he came, Nor where his youth was nursed; If pure the spring, it matters not The spot from whence it burst.   The palace or the hovel Where first his life began, I seek not of; but answer this— ‘Is he an honest man?’   Nay, blush not now; what matters it Where first he drew his breath? A manger was the cradle-bed Of Him of Nazareth.   Be nought, be any, everything, I care not what you be, If yes you answer, when I ask ‘Art thou pure, true, and free?”   - Robert Nicoll
  17. I've seen palm trees in Canton MI.  They weren't year-round residents though.
  18.   That'll come as a surprise to all the SASS shooters with their model 1897 Winchester pumps.  :D
  19. Don't believe what you saw in "The Deer Hunter".  Ain't no mountains like that in PA.
  20. The blade shape on the first knife is very similar to a Kershaw Whirlwind.  I used to carry one of those, and I sent one to Iraq.
  21.   There's an Elks lodge here, but I don't think I could convince Mrs. enfield to drop me off and pick me up.   And then there's the whole concealed carry thing . . . .
  22. I'd call beer-only a dry county.
  23. "You only lie to two people in your life: your girlfriend and the police."
  24. A paintball gun was very effective last nite.
