Ultimate open carry piece.

Sorta on topic with trash etc. Used to fish a spot along a river that everyone fished. Private land but close to the road. Always McDonald bags, worm cups, beer cans scattered about. Ive always carried extra food city bags for garbage and muddy boots etc. One day I was policing the parking spot along the river because it looked like crap. A lone elder gent in a truck stopped. I figured this is my last day here not having permission and all. Well he sees me with one full bag and another in my hand picking more up. He gets out, tells me owns the property and continues on about people trashing up the place. Then he tells me hes never seen anyone pick up any damn thing. He also tells me he has been running people out lately because of it. ( Wondered why I kept getting a spot to park.) After some more small talk he tells me I can come back anytime I want, and was glad there were people that still had some respect for others and their land. So yes, whether public or private we all stand to lose eventually by the misuse of simple privilages.

I shoot the aguillia all the time, lots of fun. There are two different 20gr no powder rounds. The one in the rainbow looking box is like 450 fps. I shoot them into a phone book in the garage when it's raining

How big are you and how do you plan to ride. Weekend toy, or daily interstate commute. If your not a large human and want a weekender bike, there is nothing wrong with a 1200 sporty. I have one I use for the mountains/ bar hopping and it's a blast to ride. For the longer trips and straighter roads I'm on one of my a big twins like my old Shovelhead. I like the nostalgia of old bike riding. The cookie cutter bikes are fun I'm sure but were never my cup of tea. I have only owned metric dirt bikes and will have another shortly. Either way I wouldn't spend a lot on any first bike. You may end up hating riding. So if Harleys are what you like, get one. They do hold value pretty well. So if you want to move up or get out of riding, you won't lose much.

Hard to tell if the police are just writing tickets or looking for somebody. Either way I'm not flashing so some pillbilly on his way back from the pain clinic can slip by. Or some thief that just robbed my house, who's car is loaded with my stuff!

The police only injured him, the hospital killed him.

A friend that make signs was making a gun buster sign for a business in Jefferson city. ( I will name the business later, if and when it is put up.) Anyway, I asked why the place was putting up the sign. The sign maker told me someone was open carrying at the business and it freaked out the owners. I don't know if someone complained first or what. This is all I know at this time. Is open carry really worth freaking out people that don't know any better? If the story is true then I say it isn't worth risking open carry if it causes stores to post. How many stores post the sign that don't know/care anything about gun rights? Doing what they perceive as the right thing. I am curious how the person carrying acted, or what he may have said. This kinda floated around my head today and it needed out.

So..............I dont have to worry about Aliens attacking? Or just Al Gore attacking/flipping out again?

1911's are better than Glocks, Ford is better than Chebby, carbs better than fuel injection, 220 swift is better than 22-250. 308 is better than 30.06, 380's bounce off paper towels. What did I miss? I own both, but cut my teeth on 1911. Outside of work I carry a .45 Warthog. Picking one, the 1911 stays.

Al Gore school of meltdown. "Bought Congress" Hard to make a case against that. -
Drill out the gas ports on the barrel the next size drill bit up. I do it all the time with remingtons. The magnum barrels have one gas hole. You can either drill it larger or add a second. Field barrels have two holes. You can drill one at a time and try, or just do both.

Get at least a 110amp wire feed on gas mig. You can weld about anything mild up to 1/8 no problem. I use a matco 110amp/110v for automotive bodywork etc. For anything heavy like frames, trailer etc, you'll want to move up to 220v. Get a welder that is set up for gas, flux core wire makes too much a mess.Forget the torch and get a plasma.

I send care packages to active soldiers by way of USO. I've given to Paralyzed Veterans and DAV over the last 20 years or so. Wounded Warrior is next on my list. Wish I had more to give.

Years ago these people would have killed themselves as kids. But with all the safeties in life now, natural selection has ended. These are your adults now, sheeple, zombies, they have many names. Remember when lawn darts had pointy ends on them? We didn't throw them straight up in the air because it would split open your bucket. Now you can't hurt yourself if you tried with them. Pretty sure the new lawn darts tickle if you get hit.More and more dumb kids are making it to adulthood, watering down the gene pool. Hemorrhoid medicine, ( not for oral use.) on the package etc.
