  1. Well, I got em tinted today. Looks good!
  2. So, do you have 5% on the back glass and rear door windows and 35% on the front door windows?
  3. Where do you find the info at?
  4. Strip on the windshield is ok too isn't it?
  5. How dark can you tint your windows legally without getting in trouble with the law? It used to be that you could put 5% on the back glass and 35% on the sides. Can you put anything darker on the sides like 20%?
  6. All the Marlin 357's I've saw, people are really proud of as far as the prices on them.
  7. Yeah, I've decided to keep the BH for now.I was thinking they still made the convertible .
  8. What's going on with the 22 ammo? I really don't understand why there is still a shortage of it. I mean ,yeah you can get it if you want to pay .10 or more a round .
  9. My other Blackhawk is a SS regular 357 mag.
  10. It has the safety on it, which doesn't bother me.The Rossi I have now has it too.
  11. Yeah, your right about 357 lever actions being hard to find at a good price.I don't NEED another one,I have the Rossi and a Uberti 1973 lever.lol. I have two of the Blackhawk's in 357,blued and SS.I guess I just like trading around every once in a while, just afraid if I trade it off I'll regret it.Ive never tried to get parts from Rossi , but I've read they won't sell them.
  12. I been thinking about getting another 357 mag lever action rifle.I got a guy wanting to trade a Rossi 16" barrel 357 lever action for my Ruger blued Blackhawk 357/9mm convertible .I have one Rossi 357 lever action, and really like it.The only bad thing about these is if something breaks , where do you get parts? What do you think about this trade.I have another 357 Blackhawk also to shoot.
  13. Dixon, I've got one I've had for about 13 years.I haven't had any trouble out of it. , still has the factory belts on it.I had one that I traded in on this one, it was 10 years old when I traded it.I never had any trouble out if it .I think Dixon is the original ZTR mower.
  14. That's funny!!!!
  15. Ok, thanks everybody!
  16. Best I can tell its a Freedom Carbine model. It shows it on sale for Easter for $550, reg $750. Only difference is the one on the website has a 1/7 barrel and he said his has a 1/8 barrel
  17. Are these any good?A guy is wanting to trade me a Unfired Rifle, says PA 15 multi caliber on the receiver ,flattop with 16" SS barrel. 1/8 twist. Suppose to be a factory rifle.
  18. Don't worry, you can get 308 and 9mm on Gun Owners Club for double the price that it is at WM.
  19. So would that make it dropping about 11.5 inches at 500 yards?
  20. That's good Shootin ! I got one for my son for X-mas,I loaded some 168 grain SMK bullets and IMR 4895. You can cover 3 shots with a dime at 100 yards. It's hard to beat a Savage rifle!

    ...

I quit going to gun shows about 4 years ago.Usually the same overpriced crap at every show.It used to be fun to go to them before all the gun and ammo prices went sky high.
  22. Tough, well built rifles, and fun to shoot! First one I bought, I gave $30 for it. Still have it plus some more
  23. Yeah, looks like he has some of the common parts. Thanks
  24. I like my little Rossi too,it's really accurate. I got to thinking though, if something breaks on it where do you get parts for it?
  25. Yeah, the lever guns are more fun to shoot than a 22.I have a lot of fun loading up a bunch of lead cast 125 or 158 grain 38's and plink away!
