Got a couple of crappy pics someone wanna post em for me?

I'll post some later. Only has 2 minor scratches above the trigger guard can't even hang a finger nail in em. Any suggestions on how to touch them up?

Yes you lose it for the duration of the sentence. In the case of a PUI or class A misdemeanor 11 mos 29 days. After that you can pay a fee and have the HCP reinstated.
