Does Gov't know what firearms you have?
Commando68 replied to ohbehave's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
The govts garden is the Internet. I as well as all of you are guilty of feeding leviathan data. Look no further than every post you make. However, learn your protections under the bill of rights while we still have them. Speak out against tyranny. It is sad. It is truly sad how ill informed, stupid, apathetic, lazy and dependent the majority of the sheeple are. Very few are familiar with the bill of rights. Some that are do not care. Some that are that we're educated in socialist, income redistribution, indoctrination camps that were graciously educated and fed at taxpayers expense call you the enemy. Amerika is growing weaker. Ignorant. Entitled. Pacified. Stupid. It is really pathetic. -

Ok, so the AWB goes back into effect and those 10 round mags are going to keep the kiddies safe. Oh, the vermin in dc feel great about themselves now. Oh no, another mass shooting in a Mall? What to do now the new law just didn't quite cut it. It was easy last time, so why not just remove the grandfather clause and give owners of ARS/AK'S etc 30 days to turn them in or they are felons. Ok, this happens. 8 mos later OMG another school shooting! Well the swamp crawlers on the hill must do something! Well those pesky old handguns are to blame.....now you have 30 days to turn them in future felon! And so on and so on. They will not stop with any new legislation. As sick as it makes me to say this; they are not stupid. Feinstink knows exactly what she is doing. That mutt knows that it is unconstitutional to "infringe" with any new federal laws but she is pushing for it anyway. Consider this scenario: 4 yrs from now obama has appointed a new SCOTUS judge or two. The country is in chaos and he pulls the strings to get a 3rd term. We are left w/single shot rifles and ammunition is taxed at 1000%. We have a new currency and energy bills have quadrupled. What are you going to do when the stormtroopers start rounding up the trouble makers? The trouble makers that still think the 1st. amendment protects them. Or the 4th? Truthfully, without the means to keep evil out of your living room it will come. What then? I'll tell you what then.....The camps. If anyone is naive enough to think o wouldn't do it they would be fools. Just my two cents. -

Ok let's talk compromise: Sullivan Act 1911 New York NFA34 Gun control act 68 1976 dc gun ban Volkmer McClure act 1986 Import ban 90 Brady act! Crime bill 94 Form 4473 Handgun permits! Now the 20,000 plus unconstitutional gun laws aren't enough? It is a disgrace begging this scum in govt for our "rights". The gun culture has compromised. Way too much already. The NRA should counter and demand NFA 34 should be lifted. That is a start. Land of the free......what a joke. -

Very,Very well said sir. Now that is what we need. Pushing back! -
Correction. Can't remember her name, but an obama cronie w/the UN remarked(not her exact quote, but close) that she wouldn't be happy until: You can buy a rifle after thorough background check, register it, HEFTY tax, that would shoot a max range of 100 yards. It must be stored at a govt run "shooting club" and each round of ammo(HEFTY PRICE PER SHELL) must be checked out and the brass returned after use.

I have guns to protect myself. Don't need the nanny state. Cops take notes at crime scenes. Citizens are the first responders as not too many cops get mugged. So if I am limited to ten rounds so should they. Her body guards should have the same restrictions on their firearms as everyone else. Maybe then she would shut her hoplophobic grocery trap about "banning" "hi capacity clips". If my mother can't have 17 rounds without a tactical reload in the dark when her home is invaded why should this dc swamp creep have that luxury via her hired orks?

The NRA helped write the Maryland handgun ban. The NRA SHOULD NOT compromise. It is like telling a rapist to wear a condom. -
It would be my wish to ask that sea hag troll on national television the following: So, ms feinstein do you have an armed security detail? Why, yes I do! Ok, then in the interest of public safety are you going to limit the mag capacity to 10 rounds in their handguns and have them turn in their "assault rifles". After all you are a citizen and what is good for your constituents must be good enough for you, right? Also, ms feinstein how will the police departments feel now that they are limited to 10 rounds and they must turn in those "assault rifles"? After all COPS are citizens right? This of course in the interest of public safety as the nine innocent civilians will tell you that were gunned down by NYC police in times square last August in response to the ONE shooter and ONE victim he shot. She would look like a slug after you dump a salt shaker on it in the AZ july sunshine.

Firearms confiscation. How would it go down?

I've never heard the spineless, gutless, socialist, statist left wing, hoplophobes scream and whine for control like this before. These msnbc slime are preying on the guilt of the flock to press their agenda. We are breeding a generation of weak, dependent sheep. Pitiful. -

Really? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJFC1qFCgyA The Prussian-Industrial Model THE ROOTS OF MODERN PUBLIC SCHOOLING Horace Mann, credited as the father of the American public school system, studied a wide variety of educational models before implementing the Prussian system designed by Fredrick the Great. King Frederick created a system that was engineered to teach obedience and solidify his control. Focusing on following directions, basic skills, and conformity, he sought to indoctrinate the nation from an early age. Isolating students in rows and teachers in individual classrooms fashioned a strict hierarchy—intentionally fostering fear and loneliness. Mann chose the Prussian model, with its depersonalized learning and strict hierarchy of power, because it was the cheapest and easiest way to teach literacy on a large scale. This system was perpetuated throughout the early twentieth century by social efficiency theorists who sought to industrialize the educational process. Led by educators such as Ellwood P. Cubberley, they used education as a tool for social engineering: “Our schools are, in a sense, factories in which the raw products (children) are to be shaped and fashioned into products to meet the various demands of life.†(Cubberley, 1917) Building upon the depersonalized uniformity and rigid hierarchy of the Prussian system, they constructed an industrial schooling model designed to produce millions of workers for Americaʼs factories. Believing that most of America’s students were destined for a life of menial, industrial labor, these theorists created a multi-track educational system meant to sort students from an early age. While the best and brightest were carefully groomed for leadership positions, the majority was relegated to a monotonous education of rote learning and task completion. Consequently, our schooling system is still locked into the Prussian-industrial framework of fear, isolation, and monotony. For both students and teachers, procedure is emphasized over innovation, uniformity over individual expression, and control over empowerment. It is, therefore, not surprising that the majority of Americaʼs classrooms have changed little in over one hundred years. Rhetoric? I think not.

The "youth" of today are being brainwashed by: The left wing media and their anti-gun bias, hollywood and their anti-gun bias and finally the govt run youth indoctrination "public schools". Our public school system is based on the Prussian model from the late 1800's. The children in public schools are being raised by the govt. bureaucrat, foster program not their parents. They are taught to "rat" on parents if they smoke dope or own a firearm. They are encouraged to "rat" on each other. The public shools herd the youth around by bells and make them follow the pack. Don't question authority and no independent thought. Conform to the pack, spoon feed the children the history the state wants them to know. The Pavlovian youth of today worship at the alter of the cellphone and the ipad. The "youth" are being lobotomized into mindless sheep that do as they are told and couldn't tell you the meaning of the Bill of Rights. The obama generation no longer says the pledge of allegiance nor are they taught to handwrite in cursive. They are taught that the rich are evil. They are taught that amerika was founded by white racist, non-conformist, slave owning pigs. They are taught that amerika was stolen from the "native americans" and they should feel guilty. They are taught that they are entitled to a job. They are taught that their "God" is govt. The youth are being emasculated and dummied down by the socialist, big govt, statist toads in the dc swamp.

According to Websters 1828 dictionary's definition of the word "BEAR" "To wear; to bear as a mark of authority or distinction; as, to bear a sword, a badge, a name; to bear arms in a coat" Bearing arms in a coat is CONCEALED CARRY. Congress uses the 1828 dictionary as a standard for interpretation as words change meaning over time. According to this word in the Bill of Rights we have a right to carry concealed or otherwise NOW. Any state or fedgov restriction on such is an infringement and is unconstitutional. Why do we have to beg for a "right" from a bureaucrat while we already have the protection in the Bill of Rights? Tell me that.
The problem is there is no "due process" to be pursued in the cases i am speaking of. I'm not neccesarily speaking of Vets here. A mentally unstable person, currently under mental health care, with a violent criminal history, in the middle of deep psychosis and making death threats to everyone around them can not be touched by anyone until they act. When they then go and shoot up a theater, school, or church everyone wants to no why no one noticed the warning signs. That's just plain stupid.
same goes for those pesky bill of rights tea party people. They sound dangerous and should be denied gun rights. They might act out! -
[sup]
I'm getting the others today. He's a pretty good writer, to boot! Builds characters well. That one sure made me leary of Memphis. I'm sure you're more confident, aren't you? phew! I have Kindle for PC, but it is going to be book form or going to my little Kindle next time. My PC is on my gun bench right now, and sitting on a stool reading that book was a bit of work.
[/sup] [sup]They are great books. If you like the trilogy you will love Boston Tea Party, aka Kenneth Royce. Check out "Molon Labe".[/sup]

Wait till you have to have a govt Dr. thanks to obamacare give you a mental eval prior to getting a handgun owner "permit". Oh, you take prozac? No permit. Oh, you got a d.u.i. last year? No permit. Oh, you have been cited for posting politically incorrect rants on the internet and fined for breaking the "Moral code of social justice and racial harmony" as enforced by the newly formed "Ministry of Peace and Racial Justice" in the near future? No permit. Get it. This is just a preview of coming attractions. -
It is truly a disgrace that this anti colonial, anti American Exceptionalism, anti military student of karl marx and cloward piven has been elected to the white house AGAIN. It make us the laughing stock of the world. He took Hitlers advice to get the youth first. Don't think for a minute the "cult of personality youth" will not do his bidding when the time comes. Read Orwells 1984. It's like to old fable about the frog carrying the scorpion across the river w/the promise the scorpion wouldn't sting the frog. When the scorpion stung the frog, the frog asked "why did you sting me?" The scorpion replied "because I am a scorpion, stupid". The american idol generation, the spineless, american sheeple represent the frog. The kenyan in chief is the scorpion. Just think about the conversations he must have with that lovely bill of rights advocate and promoter of racial equality wife of his at night. How stupid he must think the american sheeple are. It would be priceless to hear the dialougue. They must really, really laugh themselves to sleep at the apathy and ignorance of the flock. He is doing everything in his power to destroy this country from the inside out and the socialists are cheering him on. Again, we are no longer the land of the free and home of the brave. We are land of the sheep and home of the slaves. Slaves very comfortorable in their chains by the way. Pitiful, just pitiful.
