The Seecamp LWS32 is a great pistol that works and also has ultra cool karma. Anyone would be proud to own one and it will always be in demand. Now, with that said, if your set on an EDC deep cover 32ACP look at the KT P32 with a nickled slide. This model is more rust resistant and an extra bonus is it comes out with an unexpected fluff and buff. I would never expect one of these to outlast a LWS32 but who cares? All that matter's is it work when needed.

I think Jimbo100 has the G-3645ACP confused with another Glock, it's larger than the G-26 9x19. Overall the G-26 is the same size as the G-19/23, with the grip and slide being slightly thinner. It's not as comfortable or easy to shoot as the G-19 but more comfortable than a LW Colt Officers Model 1911 Compact. I've had all of the above pistol's and still have the G-36 but time will tell on that. If you want the G-36 then go for it, but FWIW the G-19 and G-26 are fine for SDC at any time, just use the right type of ammunition. Regardless, it's all about finding out what works best for you so good luck.

Both of your pistol's are every bit as nice as any Glock you might get but I understand the intrest in trying out something newer or different. You should be able to obtain a good used 3rd gen g-22 or g-23 w/o paying any difference at any good gun shop. A FTF trade with someone may enable you to trade holster's etc as well. FWIW I suggest you find a store willing to let you put a Glock on layaway and pay it off in 60 or 90 days. Then just keep what you've already got, while adding to the collection.

I really like the LCP, it feel's better in my hand than the P3AT does and you have just enough sight's on it for SDW. To me it's a BUG or a deep cover pistol.

Tombstone Gun Grips: Colt Officers 2-D Extended (9d) Lot's of color's etc. at $38.00 well worth buying and doing a little fitting work.

I haven't done any business with this shop but after viewing the websight am impressed by the price's and matted finish work.

Nice wheel gun, once you start shooting it you'll be very happy you went w/the 3" barrel. I like the SP101.

Let me know when your ready to CKote tha S&W M 49 Craig, I'd like to see what's involved with the process. As to the M&P 9x19 I'm curious about the Apex parts too.

Few 9x19 pistol's are as small as the KT P3AT or Ruger LCP, the thing to remember with the .380ACP is its seen a lot of improvements over the years. While its not a big bore caliber it is better than the .25ACP or .22 Short pistols that were the size of the P3AT in the past.

I carried a PF-9 briefly as an OD/BUG, it worked well but the smallish trigger guard didn’t suit me so my wife has it now. I replaced it with an LCP and Lc9, both of which are more comfortable to me due to their larger trigger guards. It would be prudent for you to shot a PF9 before you purchase one so you better understand what you’re dealing with. KT is a customer satisfaction driven company that understands who buys their product and continues to improve said product.

There is nothing better than taking one of your kids or grandkids to the range and teaching them how to shoot.

Both are out of the Philippines, the RIA is polished and fitted to a cosmetically higher level, both use a lot of aftermarket parts in assembly. IMMO I’d go with the ATI, shoot it enough to get it broken in and then determine what I wanted to change. Almost anything you might consider swapping out or fitting on this pistol can be done at home, just view the U-tube. Any entry level 1911 pistol is one you shoot often enough to become skilled with while also determining what parts work best.

I’ve used ankle holsters off on for over 20 years for BUG and ODC; while not an idea means of carry they are an option. Your bodies build; clothing, footwear and overall fitness will have a lot to do with how well such a carry system works for you. Off the holster’s I’ve purchased those from Kramer have been sturdiest. Ankle holsters really don’t conceal all that well and tactically speaking need prior planning, practice and level headedness to use effectively. I knew one individual who had a tailor alter his pants inseam to use Velcro to facilitate accessing the weapon. He also trained extensively in order to become competent with this carry mode.

And another jerk of the chain...:-) FWIW other then look's I'm clueless on stippling the side of the trigger too...

Star Firearms : B-Series Pistols Most I've seen had dark but decent bores and shot pretty good, I just never bothered to buy one.

Did you get carried away while stippiling this one Craig? I like the sight's set up and the carry through with the mag extension but the add on to the slide has me puzzled.

You should be able to shoot even tighter groups with a G-17 due to the reduced recoil and same sight radius. The G-23 is slightly more snappy then the G-22 but aside from that and the decreased sight radius is capable of good groups with the G-19 being even better. FWIW the G-19/G-23 only offer a slight edge in ODC as a result of their shorter grip, the right ODH set up and clothing will help you more.

Other than having a Sub2K this is pretty much the way I feel about the HP 995. I'll eventually get one because its to good of a carbine not too.

The Marlin-GlenField M-60 is an accurate easy to shoot semi-automatic .22LR that has started many a shooter and kicked around more than its share of empty beverage cans. Most of them will last forever or until someone takes them apart to clean them up. Stick a low power rimfire scope on yours and have fun.
-
You would be suprised how much difference a good, balanced spring kit can make. Do a little clean up before you install the spring kit and your set.

Glock's don't suit everyone, yet anyone can learn to shoot one, even people who've never shot a handgun.I'd shoot what I liked and not worry about any of the rest, enjoy your Sub 2K its a cool carbine.
