I am guessing but I would say the issue that got him out was his stance on cap & trade. The GOP in W.VA is very weak.

The investigation ended when Mollohan took over the house committee overseeing the FBI who was doing the investigation. He also supported cap & tax in a state that dependents on coal mining. W.VA. is very much a Democrat state. This has got to shack up Washington.

WOW. Didn't know how lucky I was. The first time i was called to jury duty I was wearing, blue jeans, tennis shoes, and a TEE SHIRT. The judge stopped me on the steps going up to the court room and told me I couldn't wear this in the court room. I said fine and started to go home. He then said I could stay. Nice guy. Don't remember what was on the Tee shirt but I am sure it wasn't anything like the twit in Chicago. But then again this was 38 years ago.

I have no problem with someone getting a ticket for running a red light. My problem with the red light cameras is that everyone I know that has gotten a ticket is because they didn't stop long enough before turning right, including my wife.
