    Just like drugs, as long as their is a demand someone will figure out a way to get it. As long as we have refundable tax credits, getting money back while not paying any taxes, this will go on. The demand is there.

    This has been going on for a lot longer than 5 years. I can remember reading about this in the 90s. Prisoners also got the first time home buyers credit $8000.00. IRS cannot stop this as long as we have refundable credits.

    I usually shoot 38 in my 357 SP101 mostly because of recoil. Noise is not my issue, recoil is.

    I have taken a couple of classes from Austins in Oak Ridge. Firearms Classes I don't see the class by name i took. Believe it was called Personal defense outside the home. This class looks similar Self Defense While Armed « Firearms Classes

    I will have to agree with you the constitutional part of your statement. My thinking was along the lines of training. Ever been to a hand gun classes where several people in the class had never handled a handgun?
