On Fed. 14, 15 the IRS computers blow up. There were so many returns filed those days that IRS computers were overwhelm. There was a delay in filing some returns because of late year tax law changes A lot of refunds are being delayed because of this. Yours being doubled is a new one. If you are sure your refund amount is correct, I would go ahead and use that money and wait to hear from IRS about the rest.

I have a laser on all my carry guns. Just wondering , is the laser on your SR9 rail mounted? I have an SR9 also with a laser rail mounted. I don't carry it much because the gun will not fit my carry hostler, crossbreed, with the laser.

From what i have heard, this only takes care of tax cuts that were going to expire at the end of 2010. What about the ones that expired at the end of 2009? AMT,(a lot of people will be affected by this) sales tax deduction, property tax deduction without itemizing and several others.
