  1. Cool. Never heard of that before. I want one now though.  :pleased:
  2. Pardon my ignorance but what is a "sleeved" shotgun?
  3. Man it's been a while since I've had a good take-out supreme pizza. I'll be ordering as well. Regardless of his motives the family was impacted positively by his presence and if they could tell he was burdened then I bet his intentions were pure.
  4. I've shot a couple smaller trees in half with the 9mm. It probably took way more shots than that though.
  5. I think you are right. I figured they would get a little lazy on those next three games (two now). They have still scored over 30 every game which makes me optimistic.
  6. That's my kind of recipe. I don't think you can add too much stuff when cooking in a crock pot.
  7. Most all of the phone companies give you 30 days to cancel. My advice would be to find a cheap plan you like, get the phone you like and drive around to all of your most frequented areas to see if you have service. As you can see so far ATT or sprint or whoever may be good for one guy and horrible for someone on the other side of the mountain.
  8. I also have Verizon and am very pleased. You do pay more for Verizon but it really is a case of getting what you pay for. You can also get one of those Casio GZone flip phones that are darn near indestructible if you don't want a smart phone. Their are at least 1 or 2 models out there that advertise military specs and what not.
  9. Yeah I got scared when Dak started limping but hopefully he shows out against Arkansas and puts my mind at ease. I am wondering at what point my Ole Miss friends will concede that we are the real deal. I will admit they made me a little nervous in the KY game.
  10. I think 8 would be the magic number.
  11. Just curious what you guys think of the new playoff system. Seems to be lots of grief coming in since 3/4 of the current brackets are SEC teams. I am excited that my team is on the top (for now anyways)!   I never quite understood the BCS system but I do think this one seems to be better. If anything I would have hoped for a larger pool of teams similar to the way basketball does it.
  12. I'm not sure what medicine messed him up but I have pretty bad allergies and take an off brand Claritin EVERY day along with Nasacort daily until I don't need it. I used to get 3-4 prescriptions of Flonase a year but got tired of going to the doc for each refill. Nasacort is OTC and is a corticosteriod. I believe it is just a lighter dose. Being a steroid I wouldn't recommend taking it year around but it's good stuff.   Hope he feels better soon.
  13. It's easier on something like that though. If I know I can buy a replacement part I'm OK.
  14. I may try it anyways. Can't hurt to have some of that stuff on hand. Now that I'll have a workshop I can start acquiring these things.  :pleased:   As another note when I had this thing apart I used the white stone from my sharpmaker to polish up the internal parts and finished it off with some mothers mag polish. It didn't change the felt pull weight but man did it smooth it up. I am now contemplating a new spring kit but don't know if I need to go lighter since I just cut half of the hammer off.
  15. The overall job; not very hard. That first cut however..... :ugh:
  16. I have been assuming that cold blue would help prevent rust but looking online it seems that may not be the case. Will it help at all? If not I may just leave it shiny.
  17. I didn't realize it mattered with propane. Does an indoor/ventless burn differently or something?
  18. Same thing happened to my inlaws. Weird for sure. That hdmi must be a more sensitive connection. We added ground rods and a dedicated electrical circuit for the tv and it still did it. They are just using standard definition now with no problems. Other than standard definition.
  19. I am currently just running a surround system in 3.1 without the surrounds. The surrounds are so much work and my new house won't be shaped right for them either. You don't get much from them anyways unless you watch movies a lot.
  20. So would an oil type heater be more efficient than a propane?
  21. I started by getting the largest part off with the hack saw followed by shaping with a grinding wheel. I shaped it more finely with the dremel and finished with fine grit sandpaper and mothers mag polish. I like the shiny look but will probably get some cold blue to finish it.
  22. Well I went ahead and did it. I could have done a better job with the right tools but for this utility gun I am happy. Let me know what you think!
  23. Man it hurts too bad if you hit a finger!
  24. Oddly enough there are no roof vents or an attic access on the detached garage at this new house. I will be remedying that soon though.
