  1. I called them but they don't have an appt for another 2 weeks. I do have a warranty though so if the alignment doesn't fix it I will go that route. I did talk to firestone yesterday and the guy they said would do the best job on it had just left so I have an appt Saturday. I was pleased that they genuinely wanted someone to do it right rather than let a low level tech just run it through the machine.
  2. I think that is exactly what my rears have in them come to think of it.
  3. I'll try that. I have 57 in both front and about 70 in both rear. They are matched left to right exactly based on what the gauge says.
  4. It does actually get worse the faster I go. It doesn't stop once I get to a certain MPH. The fastest I've gone was about 90 just to see what it was like. Still not violent or anything but definitely rough.
  5. Not sure. I literally just got the truck last week.
  6. Also just to clarify I'm not talking about the "death wobble" that some folks are having. This is not severe but is enough to be annoying. The weird thing is that it comes and goes but is doing it most of the time above 65 mph.
  7. Yep I was just assuming that Load Range E meant 10 ply. Learn something new every day I guess!   The weights are all over on these tires. The front right tire has one tiny weight. The front left has one larger weight. The rear left has about 5 of the larger weights and I don't remember what the rear right had. It definitively feels like it's coming from the front end.
  8. We recently had to upgrade my vehicle and I ended up in a 2015 Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi. It has the Firestone Transforce HT 275/70/18 10 ply tires on it and they ride about as well as can be expected until I hit around 65-70MPH. At that point they begin to shake and I can feel it in the steering wheel as well as the peddle. I am assuming this is a balancing issue but with only 30k on the truck and what I assume are factory tires I am wondering if they typically go out of balance or are just hard to balance.   The truck tracks great and has no issues overall other than at that speed. Does anyone else have issues with this tire or truck combo? I just hate to waste $50 if this is just how it's gonna ride.
  9. I was hoping you would chime in on this. Thanks for the further clarification.
  10. I actually rode one of those this weekend and was able to imagine about 50 different ways I would hurt myself on them.
  11. I confirmed that's the case with the forestry dept as well.
  12. Just confirmed with the nice lady at the park that it is not legal to ride back there. She said they were aware of the trails back there but that it was in fact not legal and the first time you got caught was a $2000 fine followed by jail time for a second offense. Think I will pass.  Now just to find somewhere around here to legally ride.
  13. Yeah just yanking yer chain on the sign. Thanks again.
  14. Hmmmm. Well the no firearms part is wrong. Wonder if the ATV part is wrong too??  Thanks for the info. Wonder if there is some portion back there that isn't considered part of the park that folks ride on. I swear I saw a truck and ATV trailer back there one day.
  15. Just wondering if any of you guys have ridden or know of ATV trails in Cedars of Lebanon park. My wife says she thought she remembers seeing some signs when we drove through but I don't see anything about it online.
  16. Just wanted to get back on here and thank all of you guys for your thoughts and prayers. My daddy passed away Wednesday October 14th after a hard fought battle with cancer. He was alert and not in much pain the weekend before and got to visit with alot of folks. It wore him out but I was very thankful that he got to say his goodbyes whether we knew they were goodbyes at the time or not. I believe he knew though. I am going to miss him but I rest easy knowing that he is with God now. He was a good man that would give you the shirt off his back and not expect anything in return. Thanks guys and gals.
  17. But always missing the one I need.
  18. Pictures man! Pictures! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I was hoping to come watch and help but my wife is making me cut grass tonight. :pleased:
  20. Got it figured out. The safety plunger spring wasn't seated and was just laying in the channel. It's all operating smoothly now. Just have to see if I can run the lighter striker spring and still get reliable firing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Just installed a Ghost Edge connector and spring kit and am having issues. I am having issues with the slide not going completely into battery after dry firing and racking the slide. Once I release the trigger again it will go into battery. This is happening by slowly riding the slide forwards. If I pull it back and let it go to simulate firing it will go into battery but will fire upon releasing the trigger. Everything is stock except the connector, firing pin spring (6#), trigger spring and safety plunger spring. I have played with bending it in and out and seem to have it where the stock connector rides. The slide itself seems to ride forwards and backwards without catching but this seems to be an issue with how it engages the trigger bar. Any ideas?
  22. I have an upper from Radical Firearms that I am very please with. About as inexpensive as I could find ready to go. You can buy your BCG elsewhere for cheaper.
  23. Well I ended up driving around all day looking at different sets and ended up ordering the Impact Sports. For $40 I guess they are worth a shot and worst case I still wear plugs under them but can turn the volume up to be able to hear what everyone is saying. Thanks for all the feedback.
  24. I was wanting these not only for the electronic portion but also for the low profile. I may be stuck with using a set of low profile standard muffs and earplugs. My hearing is really sensitive and I'm just not gonna spend $200 or more on ear pro right now. I'm sure it's worth it but I'm not that good yet haha.
