  1. I know its never happened I.just think the gray area regarding postings/carrying past is way too big. I mean who is to decide what is visible or not. Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  2. After seeing a couple transparent small gun buster signs, I've been thinking about this alot. Should there be a required size and color of gunbuster signs? Lately I have been paranoid with checking front entrances very closely to see if they might have one of these signs and I just didn't see it. Seeing the repercussions that can be placed upon someone carrying past these signs, I think there should be an official posting businesses must have. Opinions and do you think this will ever happen? 3. This is only my second pistols I've ever had, never bought one until my hcp, I was really worried about comfort with a bigger handgun because of my weight (I've got a gut and big ole man hips). Anyway carrying this in a owb at about 3-4 o'clock is actually extremely comfortable. My everyday carry gun will be my lcp, but with certain activities I do I'll have this with me. Of course whenever winter comes I can carry it much more. I will probably try a crossbreed or similar eventually, but I'm happy with owb right now. Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  4. Didn't see very many used glocks at all, did pick this new sr9c up though Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  5. Well I decided today at the gunshow, price did end up being a factor. Brand new sr9c @ $405, I'm very happy with it so far and can't wait to send some rounds downrange. I could have gotten tea shiny chrome slide for $10 cheaper, but for carry I like all black. Anyway here it is with its little brother. Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  6. Got in an arguement at academy, the clerk handed me a 17. I told him it wasn't the same gun, and he very quickly told me how wrong I was haha. Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  7. How big a boy are ya Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  8. I prefer no safety on a carry gun Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  9. The sr9 had a loaded chamber indicator along with all of the other junk too right? I love my lcp also but hate how ruger is making some of these new guns. I was looking at a lc9/pf9 and low and behold pf9 has no safety features and the lc9 has the same old stuff. I've never shot a glock I know some people don't like the grip angle, so I'll need to check that out also. I had a nightmare the other night and in the nightmare my 7 rounds of .380 just wasn't enough. Ive always heard of people having these but had never had one before and woke up covered in sweat. 10. Looking for opinions between these three guns. Having wactched some videos/reviews I am mainly inbetween the ruger and the glock. I know you definitely cannot go wrong with a glock, some people claim the sr9c has a better trigger and is the smallest of the three. Xdm is the heaviest and thickest of the three. This is going to mainly be a carry gun, with target shooting every now and then. Any help is appreciated guys.
  11. Long guns: .22, 30.06, 5.56, 12 gauge, and 16 gauge. Pistols: .22lr, .22 short, .380. Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  12. I prefer the pf9, no safety features and cheaper.
  13. Just answer the door with a 12 gauge and a beer, smlile at them and say, " You sure got a purty mouth... mhmmm."
  14. I've never really noticed any difference in day time. Definitely helps getting on target faster like speed shooting for example Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  15. I think volquartsen has a fiber optic front sight. Every one seems to love the burrow fast fire for red dot sights. Heard good thing about the primary arms micro dot also, for a cheaper sight. Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  16. Sounds like they were installing a smart meter because of access issues to her property. It may be her property but the utilities company was not trespassing. Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  17. Appalachian utilities ride mopeds lol Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  18. There are new meters that read themselves. Places like Georgia no longer have meter readers. I will be getting my meters turned into.offsite reads now that I no longer read them. LCUB is starting to turn all of their meters to this. KUB as far as I know doesn't have any interest yet but I'm sure eventually. Put the meter on the front of your house facing the street, and I would never have to get out of the truck. With binoculars I could read around 50-60 yards. Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  19. Dolomite you have KUB utilities correct? He should have been wearing a uniform and its against policy to jump a fence. I will say some people don't realize the pace meter readers must keep to get done on time, if you get overtime they get extremely irritated. I read meters for kub for over 15 months (contractor), and it was by far the worst job I have ever had. Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  20. I saw one of those also I don't think it is legal. Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  21. Went and saw Batman Monday, was carrying and didn't see anyone "frisking" Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  22. Lets see it throw some fire balls Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  23. It makes it such a big difference, the gun is actually fun to shoot now. Best modification to an lcp imho. Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  24. Best modification for the lcp is a hogue handball hybrid grip. It takes all the bite out if the gun and makes it much easier to shoot. As far as your issues my lcp had never had any feed issues even when it was brand new? Sent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
  25. I would take Tanner Foust over Ken BlockSent from my SCH-R930 using Tapatalk 2
