Coming from California, that has GOT to be Prime Very nice Was it passed down? I was looking at a piece of land here in Tennessee, it wasn't for sale, but it was a tract of land I thought was prime. Pulled the tax assessment, and the last Date of Sale was in the year 1815 ... Seeing alot of large acreage tracts being passed down generation after generation ... I hope I can leave a decent chunk of land to my kiddo's some day

I agree with this ... If I see 3 guys approaching me quickly (whether dark or light) and don't see a firearm, I'd then draw mine so atleast I had the jump on them. If their's is already pointed at me, at that point, it don't matter whether I'm armed or not, my firearm won't leave my side.

Yeah, I was thinking the same. I'd atleast keep $1200 of that in the car, and keep all of $100 on my person if that Happy to hear the situation didn't get worse, and that everyone is safe & sound!

Hey Guys ... Looking at buying a couple pieces of land. 1 to build a house, and the other for shooting/hunting purposes. Just wondering what you guys feel is a good size piece of land for shooting/hunting and what you might have paid per sq acre for it? Quite a few pieces of land I have found are around houses, or have a development near by, and i'd hate to have a stray round wind up where it shouldn't Thanks guys & gals

Have you consider gunkoting something yourself Caster? You can match it up pretty well that way Or get the FDE XD, and after you see it in person, you can gunkote it. That way, it would still be a factory FDE XD, you just lightened it and cleaned it up a bit

This about Sum's it up ... I back up everything on my ext HD about once a month. I grab that, and I'm fine. Everything else can be replaced.

Caster, The one FDE XD I saw in person does NOT match Magpul's FDE. I have a FDE accessorized AR now, and have been trying to find that perfect FDE handgun to match as well -- Haven't been too successful yet. The only way I can describe the XD FDE is being a bit "dirtier" ? If that makes sense. Atleast the one I saw which was fairly new, and came FDE factory

Its not even a week ... You can pick up Monday night at midnight ... that's 3 days away! LOL. What' some people will do to play all of 1-2 days early -- bizarre, that's for sure.

I'd go with a PM9 over a P238 myself. I've owned (3) P238's. No real issues outside of a hang up here or there, it just doesn't hold a candle to a PM9.

Unholster to deter/detain is one thing. If you feel the need to actually fire. It better be because your life is at stake, and you simply aren't popping off warning shots. Life not at stake or firing warning shots will get you in a heap of sh*t rather quickly!

I'm about 90% positive on this ... Long Guns WITHOUT a HCP must be unloaded and ammo kept separate from the firearm. VALID HCP holders can carry loaded long guns as long as there isn't a round chambered. There's still a 10% chance I'm wrong LoL

friend had an M&P Compact 9mm ... He loves it I'm an XD fan myself You really can't go wrong with M&P, Glock, or XD! Go fondle them all, get some range time with them if you can, then decide!
