  1. While P90x is a great tool, like the old saying goes, 90% of what you look like it what you eat. Meaning - To Accomplish Said Goal - 90% is due to diet, while 10% is due to exercise. Cut carbs & total caloric intake. If you can dial in a good diet, the weight will literally fly off without doing much exercise. I would skip P90x to start, and along with diet, just start walking ... then half walking/running. Get that heart rate up ... Get your diet dialed in ... so on & so forth. Before any strenuous exercise, make sure you go & get a full physical from the doctor and ask him for some recommendations Good luck!
  2. Normal Day ... Boberg XR9s IWB @ 4 o'clock in a Remora No Clip Holster (best holsters ever made I swear & super cheap) Hairy Day ... My normal plus LCP in right rear pocket in a Desantis Nemesis
  3. Looking good Did you use any guides for the build? I want to build a decent 308 AR but "parts" intimidate me LOL
  4. If you want to sell it, let me know. Wifey would probably be interested Sent at lightning speed from my iPhone 4s ...
  5. Same .. We have an animal ball version. Have had it for about 2 years, without a single issue. We have 2 Long Haired Saint Bernards + 3 cats. We have hair piles that drift along the floor and our dyson has never had a problem
  6. Very Very True ... You've peaked my interests!!! LOL ... Which isn't incredibly hard to do! I'll give it a bit of research!
  7. Actually, I have fire safe cabinets, so PGA might not be a bad idea.
  8. Don't plan to horde a numerous amount. A few cases at most! I like to drink here & there as well, so I'm not too concerned whether or not it will ever get used Really have no desire to learn how to make my own. This is exactly what I was thinking as well! Along with the super small bottles they sell at the checkout line. Room is my downfall as well Slowly trying to prep, stocking the necessities, and felt alcohol had quite a few uses Thanks for the response OS!
  9. So, I've just recently started prepping. Currently looking in to bartering items, and I believe alcohol will be a pretty good one. My question ... What liquors do the best when it comes to aging (or atleast staying good)? 5/10/20/30 years down the road? Wines (I know most will turn to vinegar eventually)? Spirits? Vodka? Scotch? Straight Ethanol (195+ proof) Everclear? Absinthe? Thanks!
  10. Hey OS ... Appreciate the well thought out answer. This is indeed for my XDm, so with an S/N on the barrel, got me really confused! Appreciate it!
  11. Hey Guys ... I have a friend who does some amazing polish jobs on steel, and wanted to send my barrel to him. He isn't an FFL, and I would simply be sending him the barrel, no other parts. He's in a different state (that is gun friendly - not a Komi state). I guess I'm trying to find out whether or not it would be legal to send it to him or if it would have to go through an FFL. From my research, people seem to concur that S/N parts (Frames) would need to go through an FFL, but barrels, slides, misc parts, won't. The problem being, my gun has a serial number on it. Thanks
  12. sgammo.com Purchased multiple times, no issues, best pricing I've found on bulk
  13. Stay Safe Everyone! Get to cover! Even F2's can bring down a brick house, don't forget that! Underground is your best option!

    Ruger LCP

No hiccups with my LCP either. I top out at 50 rounds of FMJ and 1 mag of JHP per range session. Everything functions as it should, I take her home, clean her real good, and lube her up. Sent at lightning speed from my iPhone 4s ...
  16. Was just about to post the exact same ... Cheap, Super Comfortable, and Alan, the owner is a super nice guy. Call & Talk to him and he'll throw in a free mag holster as well The no clip idea seems "sketchy" at first, but I'm a firm believer in it now. My crossbreed holster will soon be on the chopping block

  20. If you're an XD fan, I'd wait till the new XDs comes out next month. I have an LCP that I love to pocket carry.
  21. Holy Mother of all things firearms ...
  22. My Lengthy Review: Alright ... I have a total of 250 rounds through my carry Boberg, and after shooting it quite a few ways, here's my review. 1) The Boberg outshoots me. 2) I've had ZERO issues, and I haven't cleaned it yet. She is getting completely broken down today so I can clean it and learn more about the function. 3) Shot 3 different types of ammo a) Federal Champion (Wally World - Advised not to - but still did) = Zero Issues White Box (Wally World) = Zero Issues c) Rem JHP Green Box (Wally World) = Zero Issues I shot the cheapest ammo I had and had zero issues. I can only assume I won't have issues with some of my more expensive defensive rounds. The recoil is like nothing I have ever felt before. The pistol seems to take up all recoil, and I could literally sit there and shoot for hours without any sort of hand fatigue. The recoil itself feels different ... Its like a lapping type recoil. VERY strange the first couple magazine I put through it. Strange in a good way, not bad way. In my LCP, I tend to compensate for the recoil by preparing myself. I did with the Boberg at first as well, but didn't need to. My LCP will soon be on the chopping block. I have zero desire to try and find any other pocket 9, because this does everything and then some. It honestly is the funnest gun I have ever owned. I enjoy shooting it more than my XD's which is saying something. I just can't get enough of the recoil -- It really is AWESOME feeling! My only CON is this: The trigger is a bit heavy (Not J Frame/SP101 heavy) -- Just a bit heavier as compared to Kahrs & LCP's I've shot. Very little slack (which is good) -- But relatively heavy. I plan to contact Arne Boberg to see if there is a way to lighten it up a bit. Even if there isn't, this Boberg will never leave my possession. Any questions, feel free to ask If anyone wants to shoot it, I'm happy to meet you up at Guns & Leather so you can have your hand at it!
  23. Trigger pull is quite smooth. Comparable to Kahrs with a bit more take up and 1-2 lbs heavier. Better than my LCP that's for sure.
  24. I'll be headed there today guys. May even try and get a video up
