I have a few friends that are Pro-Gun, but simply don't have the funds to get a firearm. What are the legalities of this? Would this be considered a "string" purchase? To my knowledge, the people I plan to buy for, aren't felon's and can legally posses a handgun. Would it only be a string purchase if I had prior knowledge of them not being allowed to own a firearm? Anyone else planning to buy a firearm(s) for someone this Christmas?

Bouncing Betty ... If they are smart enough, they'll kneel down or drop to the ground before it goes off ;) Must be the CoD BO2 fan coming out of me

The potential was there ... atleast at one point in its life :ugh:

What did Coal Creek charge for the threading gnm, if you don't mind me asking?
-
LOVE! I need me one of those!

Threaded barrel looks great! Let us know how she shoots with the sparrow when you get your stamp!

gotcha! That helps alot and I really appreciate it! Enjoy! She's a beauty!

gnm ... Mind explaining this. "special O-Ring engagement" I have a sparrow waiting on paperwork as well, and haven't seen a mention of this. perhaps I should do more research, but I'd figure I'd atleast ask! Any closeups of the threading job?

Would this make her a felon though? Full Auto but not registered as such? Or ignorance is bliss? Sent at lightning speed from my unholstered iPhone5

Trying to find a crate of Mosins
xRUSTYx replied to AlvinCYork's topic in Curio, Relics and Black Powder
I know D&T Arms gets crates in. May be able to talk to Dave (Owner) and see if he can work out a wholesale deal for you on an entire crate -
Yikes! A few small pieces of tape, 5 additional seconds of handling, and some packing peanuts would have gone a LONG way!

Happy to hear! I followed you previous thread but never commented on it. I as well can't believe the owners response at FGS. As a small business owner myself -- I would never dream of doing what he did. Most small business owners at the end of the day fully understand that without customers and clients, they wouldn't have a business. But there are a select few that feel "Entitled" & "Privileged" and simply don't give a rats a$$ about customers. These are the ones that boggle my mind and I wonder how they stay in business. Happy to see the manufacturer took care of you. It would have been just as easy for them to say deal with FGS. Customer Service (in its true sense) seems to be a lost art. Its good to see companies that still know what it is Good luck with that CZ! She sounds like a dandy!
I'm really disappointed that no one has been along yet to tell us that "there has to be more to this story than what's been reported".
True ... Eye Witness said the dog wasn't lunging or threatening and was sniffing the grass around and wagging its tail. A friend of ours has a bully like the one pictured, and it's the friendliest little dog. Power, when giving too much, certainly can go to someone's head. I'm pretty sure that it what happened in this scenario.
"Idiots that go to school for nothing other than the useless paper their degree is printed on amazes me. Well, I guess in your eyes, my wife and I are both idiots. Big ones, apparrently, because we each have Masters degrees in a 'stupid' field like what you list. Speak for yourself. We're doing quite nicely, thanks.
You're right ... I misspoke. My intent (on words) was to the 90% of college students that go there to party and rack up debt taking useless degree programs I apologize if I offended you
May we assume you did not go to college?
This is correct

"But students didn't know what they were doing when they signed on the dotted line" .... Oi Vey ... "You take out a student loan for the thousands of dollars, your a big boy now ... suck it up and deal with it" -- Would be my response Idiots that go to school for nothing other than the useless paper their degree is printed on amazes me. I understand going to school for a specialty area (Accounting, Law, Med, etc...) -- But going to school for sociology, philosophy, and other BS so called "Degree" programs, is just outright dumb. I'm putting away money for my son to one day start a business. Many wealthy and hard working individuals never went to school -- Instead, they built up what they have from the ground up, and started at a young age. Our *higher education* school system teaches 3 things. 1) To work for someone else the rest of your life 2) Taking on large debt is *ok* 3) Laziness I want NONE OF THE ABOVE for my children.
That's a great video about what he can do, but where's the How-To video?
+1 Amazing video, but there's gotta be a how-to When he slows down, it doesn't look like he uses the same technique as when is doing it fast!
