  I guess I am too dense to understand.   How is it scored?

  Couple of questions;  The three shots anywhere on an infected, are they scored IDPA or is it considered a kill as long as you have three on paper?   Can we use extended magazines like in the steel matches?    Tom

Re-loaders Bench had US Surplus 30 rounder's at one time for 20.00.  There was a big box of them, so they probably still have some.  Can't guarantee the price now after are the craziness.

Stage Four, No scope needed for Justin.  I just need longer arms..... 

  A couple of things.  Your loads and the amount of powder needed will be different between the 200 grain and the 230.  The LNR and FMJ 230 grain bullets may seat at different depths which also effects the pressure.   You can use calipers and measure the differences in lengths of the LNR and FMJ and subtract the difference to come up with the same seating depth.    Make certain  your OAL hasn't changed drastically.  Your load for 230 grain is light.  Start with 5.1 of Bullseye. That should get you close to a 170 power factor.        You mention factory rounds eject fine.  Have you check factory rounds lately to confirm that this is still correct?  You may have some how tweaked your ejector and without confirming factory rounds still eject properly your are just working in circles.   The slide needs to cycle completely back with a little hang time for the gun to function properly.  If your load is so light that is only coming partially back it will not engage the extractor correctly and can also cause failures to feed properly or both.   A Chronograph is a great investment.  The 100.00 bucks you spend on it will save lots of time and frustration in your reloading adventure. It is a small investment when you think about the price of reloading equipment and supplies.   Good luck

Great match. Hats off to Robert.  It had some fun stages and I really liked the prone shooting under the SUV.  The kill house got me with missed target through the small window.  I need to focus more and I wont be shooting two different divisions with two guns again.  I spent to much time prepping my mags and not paying attention to my surroundings (stages).   Tom

Great match, I blew it right off the bat on 6 and 7. Spent the rest of the match regrouping. Had great time anyway. I need to control my nerves a little better and figure out how to warm up a little better before my first stage. Also shooting through tee shirts with no holes in them was different.

Who is planning to attend? I haven't seen any mention of it. Justin and I have planned to go.
