Glad you enjoy the weather down there .I think when it snows here its very pretty and it does not bother me really.Its cold.. yeah but we have a heater and we are warm. People get their panties in a twist over flurries.I love it..lol  I am a good driver so I still go out and brave the roads ( with snowchains)..lol we need to get some wings and a beer when you get back :)

Our son, who is finally back from Africa from deployment, came up with his wife and our brand new granddaughter on Wednesday. They where not here for 4 hours and the baby spiked a fever of 103.Off to the ER. Got admitted to Childrens. And she is still there..They think its a stomach virus. She is so tiny yet and it breaks my heart seeing her with a big ole IV and stuff. Son and daughter-in-law of course are worried to death. She isn't eating right yet, so another night in the hospital.We worry and it just plain sucks...She is soo sweet and right before she started getting a fever ,Gordon was just having a blast with her Looks like Grandpa Gordy needs a shave..lol

Those things plus purses for guns are  a really dumb idea.I mentioned that to a woman who was selling those at the gun show and she looked at me like I just shot her dog. Not to mention.its uncomfy ..

MOA or whatever.. if they follow the Quran.. it doesnt matter.. Its bad news.   Some people should really read it from cover to cover. And I do believe that crapp is here and will rear its ugly head eventually if  we keep allowing it.America is a large country.Its easy to be not found or looked at too much if you know where to go.

I think we not have hada gallon of milk or white bread in the house for 2 years or more.We try not to eat that stuff anymore.And milk. .yuck.. :(

lost power for a bit last night up here..its back on .. Its just nasty out.. my son and his wife and baby where coming up from Georgia.. had to tell them to turn around and go home.Our roads are impassable.. even with 80 lbs of Icemelt.. its useless now.   So glad power is back on. I would hate to think of what we would have to do to stay warm.. ..................................snuggle.. yuck!!.... :yuck:     :pleased:

Wal-mart is getting bare .. its like a panic button has been pushed again.   God forbid we ever have a real storm or Zombies..  :waiting:

One difference from here and Germany in the winter...   People actually know how to drive in Germany..:) Goodness.. 3 flakes here in TN and people freak out. I would welcome some snow.. for my dogs and it makes it look pretty outside. And the stillness of it.. its just so quiet!

I looove food..the white  stuff is out for us..taters ,pasta{ wheat pasta=yuck} and all the breads..Even real nice german pumpernickel is out..counting carbs sucks but like you said..it works..My doc said around 50 is good but we do actually less now..And I do not feel deprived..yet. :)

WOW.. nice going..i need to drop 50lbs.. Still.. its hard but its coming off one way or another..lol

Actually . we are not starving.. we eating healthy and for non working people consuming under 1000 calories is fine. We get plenty of nutrients. actually feel better now that I did in a long time by not eating all the other stuff.. We walk every day as far as we can.Its working for us. No one is in Ketosis here.. no worries:) 

serving size is key...   We make a lot of currysoups..chicken or fish or salads.. cod fillet with  4 cups of water..curry ,cardamom, some greenery.{cabbage works well} and 1/4 of a cup of coconut milk. .buy some bottles of ponzu sauce for seasoning..red wine vinegar...Splenda or Monkey in the Raw sugar ..use it sparingly..no sodas at all..avpid sugar like the plague.. salads we use around 70 grams of lettuce and grilled chicken of the Foreman Grill..again..portion control is key...

I am down 15 or so now since we started this. I had a different reason for doing this and it was a wake-up call for sure . Having a good doctor to help explain things about certain diseases will help. Stay way from processed foods at all costs. I reduced my sugar levels by 200 within the first 2 weeks of starting this.Taking Medformin helps to regulate my sugar level also. But mostly attribute this to husbands cooking for us and counting carbs and calories.   We eat less than 50 carbs a day and around 700 calories{ give or take 100 or so}   No venison...yuck..lol

Good..I hope they take the kids away permanently...That's punishment...

I think  they need to bulldoze it.. put  up a memorial .. end of story.. its not going to change anything and given the atrocities that where committed  in those buildings.. make them go away.

I do not know  if i can  even feel sorry for the people who get shot anymore.. you put a gun in the purse with small kids around..what do you expect? Kids are kids.. These people need to be punished for being so stupid

And the problem is that some of not half of them are pit mixes.. most cannot tell if its a mix or purebred.. some do not even know what a pit looks like ..
