  1. dumb question...do these have a really thick coat of clearcoat on them ? and would the varnish stripper you buy for furniture stripping take it off?..I have nearly convinced my husband that I need a Mosin ..But I need to beautify it.. He just informed they do not have any varnish on them...even better:)
  2. Well. thats just gross.. Its even grosser thats it is dragging it into his lair.. It looks to be a mud dauber ? or some kind of wasp.. I guess... Well I guess its an OK bug because it gurgled the nasty ole spider.. I must stop clicking on these threads..

  5. Spanking has its time and place.. Its an effective tool just like a time out,or taking toys away. Ours got a few spankings.. He doesnt resent us ,doesnt torture kittens and is never cussed at us or is violent. He does came to understand that when he got spanked that he was wrong and that was punishment..he might have giotten 3 spankings in his life. He is in the Airforce and calls everyone Ma`am or Sir... Spanking isnt some evil torture ..its part of growing up ..it was when I was a kid and it was part of our parenting...

Not sure what it is with domesticated animals..but I know with coons, possums and deer ..if they destroy your crops.. you can kill them....Ivam sure its the same for dogs,cats,rabbits or any other animal. and btw.. if you have a nuisance animal..like a coon or possum..you are actually not allowed to relocate it..

  15. Not me.. they are growing their own stuff..dont they? I think its more door number 1.. The gov. is a creepy and just icky..I cant put my finger on it but something is really up with him.

Last weekend in July is the Tomatoe festival in Grainger county(Rutledge to be exact) Maryville had a really good small Cuban Sammish makin` place on East Broadway..I think it called the Aroma cafe,,very good I think best food for mexican is still El Paraiso...very good pricing and best food as far as I am concerned.

  19. I doubt its a Van cat..they are rather rare around here and someone just having one and letting it stray...Highly doubtful.. I seen cats that had odd colored eyes and they where not vans..Its random genetics..and it being white is a not so rare.. anyway..beautyful cats either way..

I had a AB ..he was my baby and they can and will protect you to no end..mine was a bit on the slow side but he would gladly chew your leg off if anyone came to close to me....He was a once in lifetime dog.He lived to be almost 12 years old before he passed .I have a 82lbs boxer now and he is the same way.
