Same with "  No Spook, Bombproof" .cracks me up. .I know my horse is well broke.. but still throws a fit when he sees Turkeys.. but doesn't mind chickens.. :shrug:

If you have been to Italy and get the rural old style Salami.. its donkey meat and I guarantee you.. its the best damn salami you have ever eaten..   The Chinese are savages when it comes to pets and what they do to our  so called " house pets"  screw them..I have no sympathy for any of them...I hope their whole country caves in and gets swallowed by a giant black hole...

Have you not paid attention when going to Wal-Mart? there is Duck Dynasty stuff every where. From cookies to baby blankets. Its insane !!     I really don`t care either way.. least someone is making money. They have kids ,  even an adopted kid, and if peddling their ware to ensure a good future for their kids.. who cares.. I am all for it ..

We used AER once I think when he was an e4 and we just had a baby.. or something like that. After we donated food to their food pantry also.. AER does help its people, period:)

Why line the pockets of charities and their CEO`s and such..? Why not help out a family in need.. ? there are many  local people who need your help. And a good  perecentage of them are Vets.. Ask a church or a local hospital.. Or ,  you can also give to local shelters ( that included animal shelters) Animals cant  speak or fend for themselves .. give them a chance also.

Just seen this. I  used to be on Mine road everyday ..That road is bad .. people speed and pass in curves.. I dread driving it  every time I need to.   .Poor  guy.. Kids  ought not to have to bury their parents..

I am so sorry..a dog that size living for 14 years shows me you took well care of it.. and I bet he had a an awesome life:) I been there a few years ago myself   Seems we are heading this way soon again..

Hate the beer but love the horses.Belgians and Clydesdales are super huge and I am still gonna ride before I die..;p   I own a horse but he isnt near as huge as those guys..

Fatty foods does it ...Some dogs are  predispositioned to it.. like small dogs.. rat terries and schnauzers also.. anytime you feed your dog fatty foods there is a change they can get it.. Now with out boxer its rather unusual.. they are not really prone to it. But he had it a few times now where its considered chronic. and every time he has it.. his pancreas get worse.And its very very painful also. Read up on acute pancreatitis. Its not a nice thing to go thru.. Ernie was in shock last time and almost didn't make it thru the night. Pooping nothing but blood. He was also getting really dehydrated from the runs and puking all the time. Right now he is doing ok.. vet said that it can come back even tho he does not get any  people food at all. He is on a strict diet. And he will get antacid tabs every day.. The acid in his stomach can also cause inflammation. I am hoping he will not get any more of this. If he does.. the long term prognosis looks rather grim for him. I am not going to let him suffer  to many times with this anymore. Its horrid and I cant stand seeing him in pain when he gets bad.

Just making  a pot full of beans and ham.. since its just  us 2 now.. its just another day for us.

Keeping them in alcohol is not a good way to store them..It will break them down.   get a small jar with a lid..hot water and some soap..and shake  it for a bit..then rinse and you are done. dry them and store..     You need a good pair of Peltors..:) so do we..actually...

Someone was listening well:) I got mine today and O_M_G... its nice.. I , of course got a pair of Horse socks( my favorite thing) and a beautiful hitch cover. Its absolutely stunning and I am in loving it. Its perfect because I dont have one and I was thinking of just pulling my hitch out so its not showing but now I can leave it :) I will post a picture once I have a lock for it..Not taking any chances of it getting stolen...
