  2. The same reason why corporations are recognized as people. The constitution stopped mattering late in the 1800s. The government considers people who think highly of it and/or talk about it as terrorists.
  3. I think lots of folks missed TGO David's point. Currently white collar felons are allowed to own guns after serving their time. CEOs and political types see... The rest of the felons get the stinkfist... In a country where 40k new laws were enacted just this January, we are all probably felons for violating laws we don't even know exist.
  4. I originally thought it was the sights, but it does the same thing with one I have with orange rear and green front. No I am not rotating my head.

  7. Thanks for the suggestion; I am happy with how my eyes function though. I am used to it, so I just go with it. I was practicing drawing and sighting in the dark for the first time and was just surprised that the left eye took over, regardless of which hand I used.
  8. No, I shoot with both eyes open. It's just that for whatever reason which ever hand I hold the gun with, that eye becomes dominant. Except with the night sights.
  9. Has anyone noticed where night sights caused your dominant eye to change when dark? Normally which ever hand holds the gun, the associated eye becomes dominant. With night sights though it causes my left eye to grab the focus with both hands.
  10. The only thing better than pitching $100 bucks in the toilet is someone giving me another $100 to pitch in with it. Wall Street is a pump and dump scam which is in the process of taking the rest of the folks, gambling money, err I mean investments.

  13. I think the Tea Party folks are probably on that list. Why shouldn't I point out the party who controlled both house and senate? They failed their constituents. I would equally bash a democratically controlled legislature. Like our crappy federal one. The D/R parties have both sold out. You ever checked out the libertarian platform? Platform | Libertarian Party I would not be surprised if this was to keep another party from rising up.

  19. Those prices are not too bad either. Did you see the coke can mortars? Although I don't see where it says the max size load is. Here is another site with cannons of all sizes to drool over. http://www.cannon-mania.com/mortars.htm My uncle had a number of small cannon's before he passed on. They can get pretty elaborate. He had one that would fire by sundial. I have been wanting to pick up one. You want to see something cool, youtube bowling ball cannons.

  22. FDR was owned by the same folks as Lincoln and worked to the same ends. The enslavement of every US citizen to the .gov. They are both curse words in my house.

Explain to me how any person in the corporation looses their freedom of speech? Is every member not allowed to still speak? Why would a corporation need a direct say in the policy, other than self benefit? How are the owners and workers of a corporation restricted from free speech if we do not recognize corporations as natural persons? Do you agree with SCOTUS on all of their rulings since you are using it as the absolute authority? Or do you cherry pick which of their rulings to uphold?Do you agree with their decision that the ATF can regulate firearms?
  24. The recoil is much less, yes I agree. I have a blackjack buffer in my .308 and that tamed it.
